How Do You Know If Its Braxton Hicks

I know, it sounds stupid but I never had them (or regular contractions with my lo). I don't know if what I'm feeling is just baby getting bigger and taking up more room or bh. When he was moving around yesterday it just felt really tight and then it went away and I haven't noticied it yet today. I am 30 weeks, what do you think?

I kind answered on the december mommies thread but I forgot to add that my doctor told me today and the baby moving around alot can trigger them sometimes.

Also dehydration and holding your bladder too long can trigger BH contractions. And mostly you'll feel the tightening and maybe some pressure and just like you said, it will go away. I've been having these for weeks. I did have about 7 in an hour a few days back, but then nothing so I didn't go in. But I did see my doc today and they said I'm 1cm dialated...don't know if there is any connection between the 2...this is my first so I'm just learning as I go. Good luck to you!
