I am 31 weeks and have been waking up just drenched in sweat. I'm not that big and am just covering up with a sheet to try and stay cool, but still wake up in the middle of the night sweaty.
Anybody else going through this? I guess hormones are to blame, as usual.

Your hormones are probably the biggest culprit but also watch your salt intake. Try a day of lower sodium intake and see if you do any better at night-- if not, hormones suck. Lol.

ugh, yes! i have been having night sweats throughout the whole pregnancy, but it has only gotten worse. i wake up drenched and shivering, and it is such a horrible feeling. i find that sleeping without pants (just a tank top and undies) helps reduced the frequency/volume of night sweats. good luck!

Thanks for the comments. I'm so sick of washing sheets 2-3 times a week. At least I'm in the home stretch!
