Hi there, I just had our second child nine days ago, and I have to tell you that everything you are describing sounds perfectly normal. As far as s_x is concerned, you can continue unless or until your OB advises you to stop. However, if you are ever concerned about anything, it never hurts to call the nurse for some peace of mind, that is what they are there for. Congratulations on soon becoming a mommy. It is the greatest thing in the world. You aren't going to want to put your baby down for the first few weeks. You are doing great!!

Braxton Hicks are normal, but since they just started and you think they are due to you having s_x, AND you are having the strange pains....I would hold off on the nookie and talk to the doctor about it all before continuing. S_x is totally fine to have during pregnancy unless there are underlying issues that you don't know about. Safer to talk about with the doctor at this point and let them determine if all is well. Good luck.

It all sounds totally normal to me. And you can have s_x up until the very end if you feel okay to. It softens the cervix which helps during labor:)
I get the very low stretching pains too. I'm just about 31 weeks.

Hi Megan- I don't know how I missed this and you even mentioned it in the Oct mommies!! :) I am having those pains too and I keep thinking it is the babe laying on a nerve or something the BH's are always definitely there right after s_x. That is very normal as all the girls indicated. I am so excited for you registering- should be a blast!
