Hello girls well I did it I'm not Prego anymore. Here's my story. My apt was Sat and MD said I only dilated 1 cm. I asked him about induction and he said he would call me back about that. On Mon. the 31st I turned 39 weeks, and Dr. Called me and said to come in tues to discuss induction so I went in on April 1st to discuss induction, which turned out to be a discussion with my Doc trying to talk me out of it he told me all the bad things that could go wrong and why I should wait, well I came prepared I told him the pro and cons of the diffrent ways of starting inductions. And he finally said well let me check you and and see if you had any change from Sat and guys I was 3 cm and having contractions he sent me to L&D and they said if I didn't go that night they would give me potocin at 6:00am. So at 6 am they started potocin at 9:45 am my water broke, at 10:45 am I got an epi at about 11:40 am the nurse checked me and said I finally was at 4 cm but about 3 min after she checked me I kept saying something is not right I'm feeling to much pressure in my backside so she checked me again and I was 10 cm and ready to push. She called my Doc and started to get everything together for delivery. Boy was that Epi wonderful I didn't feel a thing 3 pushes and my baby girl was born. My 3 other children (ages 3, 7, and 10)and DH was there. So I had a baby girl April 02, 2008, at 12:56pm and her name is Teneal Jazmenn named after a friend I met online from this form.
