I have already had my baby but I always post questions on here because I never get responses back on the other sites. I just wondered if any of you have advice on getting the belly toned and losing weight after the baby is born. I work out a lot and I watch what I eat and it seems I cannot get rid of my belly! Any advice

I have always been slim, was carefull with what I ate & ran 5 k 3 days a week before & after the pregnancy, but still had a promlem toning my belly after I had my son 2 years ago. So I enrolled in a super tough pilates cla__s 2 nights a week & wow - after a month & doing it at home in my free time, I noticed a huge change. After a year it was like I never had a baby at all. I am totally going to take it up again after I have this baby & the Dr. gives me the Ok to start again.

Is there a certain pilates tape that you recommend to do at home? I just don't understand because my whole body is so toned an firm but my tummy is just pooched out! I can't stand it.
