Thanks Nemo!! So Hey Hey Hey everybody! I think that my doctor tripped my membranes yesterday. Can you guys that have had it done take a look at the thread I posted in the main forum and tell me what you think? Anyways No strpnger contractions or anything. I have been walking everyday hoping that something changes. I am so sick of pregnancy yet scared as hell to be in labor. I know thought that labor is inevevitable so I might as well just suck it up! haha Anyways, TYNADU!!! CONGRATS!!!! I am so happy for you! I hope you had an easy labor and no complications!! Havent heard from you in a while! How is the baby? RIFQAH!!!!! I am so happy for you mama!!! What was the induction like? I might have to be induced if she waits after my EDD which is in 7 days. I cant wait to hear a birth story soon. Have you got pics up yet? Let me know when you do!!! How was your hubby during everything? SHALA~ FINALLY!!! Weekly appts!! Are you getting nervous!? This is it!! You are 2-4 weeks away from having little DJ!!! Its a good thing that everything is still closed. haha I hope you go around your 38 week mark. The last 2 weeks before your EDD are torture and drag on and on. haha NEMO~ Maybe it is practice in the UK to not do them. I know Rifqah who is in AU hadnt had them done for the first weeks. But then again it might just depend on the doctor. Some believe that it might cause an infection so prefer not to do it. So are you having the sweep today or next week? RIFQAH I cant believe 10 min of pushing and that was it. haha I hope to God I am not unfortunate enough to have to go through hours and hours. haha Ok guys Ill shut up now. I am going to go concentrate on telling my body to go onto labor. Maybe I can manipulate my horomones to get into gear. haha ok ttyl!!

Congrats Rifqah :-) Im happy that you had a succesful delivery to a healthy baby girl. Cant wait to hear more...Tynadu congrats to you too :-) Cant wait to hear your birth story. Jenn~What makes you think that he stripped em? Im so happy that im at my weeklys...i feel like that gives me something to look forward to and MAYBE hear something different lol. They dont do another internal anyways but still. Its like a marker to count down the time. Jenn i cant wait for you to post saying that its time to go...lol. Depending on how my labor kicks in i will post it...well if its contractions im sure i will post it before i go...but if my water breaks i will try to "think" to post lol. I want to take a bath before i go to the hospital...i know that will probably be the last thing on my mind. Anyways guys i put up some pics of my 9 month belly and of me and DJ room. I honestly think i will be moving to dallas sooner than i think...the closer i get to EDD the harder it is for me to think of not being w/ B/F with our child...i dunno. Well i will be back ladies. Thanx everyone! Im stil in awe by the whole experience & baby! I dont really hav much of a birth story...thats why i just posted the footnotes! Jenn~ induction was so easy for me,they just inserted a tag kinda thing 2bring on the labour (propa__s,i think its called)...they did that abt thrice,didnt really help me any cos my cervix was too posterior,eventually i got an epidural so they cud reach it in order to break my water so the real labour (and pain) cud start. The contractions were BAD...dunno how i ...

Wudve handled them without the epi! I put sum pics on my babyfit page...feel free to check them out! Dh was totally awesome thru the whole thing...he was by my side the whole time telling me how strong i am & wishing he cud do more 2help...he even saw her coming out & told me afterwards that was the moment he wanted to just break down & cry...that for me just makes it all worthwhile! I know he's gonna b the best father-no doubt abt it! He's such a doting dad alrdy! Hang in there guys...ur time is soon =)

RIFQAH!! She is sp beautiful!!! I am so happy for you!!! I am so glad that he was there for you! And the fact that he got emotional about the birth. I think he is gonna be a great daddy! I explained everything. haha I dont wanna re type it cuz I am lazy. haha So if you move there are you going to wait til after the baby is born or switch docs?

yeah if i move it will be this summer. Jenn how did you see Rifqah's pics? I wanna see? Yeah i read the thread after i asked lol. I just enjoyed RedLobsters and it was DDDDDDDDDDDDD LICIOUS!! I also got the chocolate cake they have yummmmmiiiii. I actually only had a bite so i have the whole cake to njoy tonight when i get hungry....

Just wish i cud hav her back alrdy...she's been in NICU since yest cos her blood sugar was low,but i went there & they said its right now so i shud b able to get her back later-i cant wait!! AAWW Rifqah she is gorgeous!!! ( you are too by the way lol) She is so cute girl. I know you are excited. Im so happy for you. Its a few more of us out there...im not sure about lesley though...We think that when women dissapear its cause they are having kiddos lol. We will see. Im glad your labor was fairly easy.

And she looks bigger than 6.2 :-) I bet you are still in awe right now :)

Aww thanx Shala and Nemo! I am still in total awe of the whole exp and seeing her for the first time...indescribable! I feel like the luckiest mamma in the world! Shala~i wish the recovery was as easy tho...these st_tches are the pits! And ur not the first to say she looks bigger than she is ...but i stil think she's so tiny! Hang in there guys... Ur lo's will b here sooner than u think!

its sad to have to be scared of LABOR...and then be scared of POST LABOR lol. Well i hope i go sooner than later...i at least need one more week though...im 36 wks today. 28 days and counting lol. Rifqah enjoy every single minute. I already have my labor bag packed and my charger for my digital camera is already in my bag lol. The only thing is that once i deliver i will be at my grandmothers (where i will be staying) and its no computer there...i probably will have my friend post here and post pics on myspace for me :-)

Good Morning guys! I was thinking last night that I was in labor. I would have just went into the L&D to get checked out but it was snowing out here and I didnt want to have to drive over the pa__s which was iced over. I was having contractions that started in my back. That is how I knew thaat they were coming. I felt like I had Period Cramps. And the contraction was all over and not just in my belly. Then Aaliyah would move like crazy after each one. They were not regular though. The L&D nurse told me to take tylenol for the backache and to NOT walk around as that would make them worse. Anyways still pregnant. haha That and I had a constant pressure in my bladder area that felt like even though I would pee I still had to. Anyways SHALA~ I am going today for the pedi!! YAY and I am dragging shon with me. I am forcing him to get one with me only because I know he will love it. :D haha you already have your bags packed! You are an early one. haha I just packed mine this past week. I was procrastinating. I still am not done with them. I should get on the ball. Where the heck is everyone!!?? I think Jaime had her baby and prolly Lesley too. Anyways I am going to go get ready to go into town. Shala I am going to be sad that you dont have a comp. :( haha ok ttyl

Im still here too... waiting... and waiting... next appointment with midwife is on Friday and they will do a sweep then if I want it... I think I will if still waiting. Having some mild aches but dont think its the real thing yet. Packed hospital bags but have to keep renewing the food supplies because we keep eating them..

Jenn~ YEA on the pedi girl. I bet james will love it. Then he will be dragging you to go get them lol. Yes girl i packed my bags...what 2 weeks ago lol. i was only 34 weeks then. I have EVERYTHING in it. i have mine and one for kiddo :-) I posted some pics on myspace of my room and my 9 month belly shot. Nemo~lol at you and hubby eating food in labor bag. I actually didnt put any in mine. I did put a toothbrush and deodorant in bag for my b/f cause he will be driving from dallas and im not sure WHAT he will bring...he probably wont be thinking. SO at least he will be able to freshen up lol. I may go get him some undies, tshirt and some basketball shorts. I have told him everytime he comes to bring him some clothes but he is so hard headed. JENN~ lol (im all over the place) Girl how bad was the cramping?? Im telling you i have been having some cramping and back pain...i think...for some strange reason...that my kiddo is going to pick leap year lol. i cant get it outta my head. Then my family is old fashion and they believe in the "full moon" method. lol. Oh well. Im bout to look at other posts then take a nap lol. Ttyl ladies...its so few of us now for real lol.
