HPV Warts And Natural Birth

Hello,
I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and currently have a wart outbreak, I've read about some treatments called wartrin or wartacine and I'm wondering if they work.
Also if someone has been through this please share your experience, I had a vaginal birth 6 years ago and I'm incredibly afraid of having a c-section
Any comment would be greatly appreciated, but I'm more interested in learning about personal experiences through this
