Kimmer congrats!!! I'm glad he's b___stfeeding really well, I know it can be hard in the beginning but sooo worth it. Well as for me I'm still pregnant, 39wks today, & still waking up to irregular contractions that are painful, but they never last long & stop after a couple of hours. I'm SO tired I wish my body would stop mucking around & have this baby already. It must be too comfy in there, maybe I should start shaking things up a bit so he/she wants to come out lol. I had a midwife app yesterday & she said that bubs had engaged & confirmed that I did lose my mucus plug during the week as I thought (sorry if I forgot to post that bit of info) so lets hope it happens soon. The hospital/midwives are so lenient this time, they are letting my 3.5yr dd be at the birth & even letting hubby deliver the baby (as long as there are no complications). Anyway happy new years to everyone & I will look forward to hearing the new birth stories, & hopefully I can add mine soon too :)

well ladies its getting closer...did anyone have a new years baby?? i think i am gonna start my deep finishing cleaning tomorrow and make sure everythings in place our new little angel. make sure we have everything that we will need and make sure that i have everything set up that i will need when i get back home. well i hope that everyone is doin ok and stayin healthy . E-good luck with your birth, hope that everything goes as you want it to. Happy late new year to everyone and i hope that it has started out as a good one for you all. I am gonna get off here and get some stuff done before i go to bed, i am still tired from being out so late last night!

I'm still here! Not due for another week and a few days...it's my first too so I'mnot sure what to look for as far as labor signs go! However I'm feeling great so that's good - except sleeping is becoming harder!

I'm still here too! Waiting...semi-patiently. :) I'm due in a little less than two weeks...but not much is happening so who knows--I might go over my due date. I am 3 CM dilated and 80% effaced though, so that's nice. :)

Hello everyone!! glad to see im not the only one on here yet lol. i am feelin pretty good, tired mostly, yeah sleepin is gettin a lot harder for me, but i only have 4 days left to go until my c section, its gonna be on thursday in the am, i am soooo nervous!!! not cuz i am gonna have the baby, cuz of the spinal i have to get, but hey i can do it right lol. i am due on the 15th, but since i had a c section with my first the dr. wants to do another so that was fine with me. that way she can fix my scar and whatnot, it healed a little wide, and since she did my first delivery i figured i would go back to her to see if she was able to fix it or not or what was gonna happen. I am excited to see everyones birth stories!! not much left to do but wait! good luck to everyone....and bbdreams, all i can say is when real labor hits you'll know. there's really no way to explain what its like....i wasn't sure i was in labor the first time...until the contractions really started coming. i was in labor all morning until about 2 in the afternoon the day i had my son, then they started coming more and more often by the time i got to the hospital and got checked in i remember looking at the clock when the nurse asked me where my mom was n it was 4:36. after that i remember not much until after i got my epidural becuase i was in so much pain, but when real labor hit it was definently different than any braxton hicks that i had already had. but good luck hope you all have your babies soon!! i can't wait to meet my newest edition!

Hey ladys im stil here also,I have my 37 week appointment tommarow,just counting down.Im thinking im gonna go to 39 or 40 weeks with this baby,which will be kinda nice since they have a better chance at a healthy entry,my last was delivered at 37 and a half weeks and still had a bit of a rough start breathing,but once he cleared up he was fine,well hope you all have a greta night.

misscrotts I envy you that you KNOW you only have a couple of more days cause I am SO sick of not knowing when bubs will come it's driving me crazy. I am still getting HEAPS of pre-labour c___p & am wondering why I keep getting SO many irregular painful contractions for hours, when I never did with the other 2. I had a completely natural birth with my 2nd & want to do so this time, but if I have to have go through too many more days & nights of painful contractions that lead no where, I'm thinking of just asking for an epidural now so I can enjoy the rest of my pregnancy lol. Sorry for the rant I am SOOOOO tired it's not funny anymore. How is everyone else?

E- yeah i am glad that i know when i am having the baby, but at the same time it takes all the fun and anticipation out of it. i dunno. its nice tho. yeah its odd to me to think that i am going to be a new momma again here in just a couple more days. i am glad however, cuz if i didn't have that to look forward to i dont kno what in the world i would do right now, im about ready to go nuts without my baby!!! i want to have it here and healthy my hubby is so excited, he is countin down the hours more than me lol. well i have an appointment today and i am pretty excited about that, so we'll see what happens there.

Well my appointment went good today,still 137lbs but they still dont seem concerned,good news is I definatly dropped since last week and for me thats a huge sign that hell be here within the next week,so how is eveyone?Im 37 weeks now,anyone deliver?Hope all is well.

I'm still here IMPATIENTLY waiting lol. I'm still getting painful irregular contractions that come anywhere between 3 & 10mins apart, last for hours & lead no where so I desperately want this to be over. Even tried having s_x to speed things up only it made the contractions more painful & did absolutely nothing. I see the midwife on thursday so hopefully she will have something encouraging to tell me. How is everyone else? Anyone else had their baby yet?

Well I am 39 weeks and being induced tomorrow, finally! I have been out of work and on bed rest for preclampsia for about 2 weeks so I am soooo ready! No contractions or anything but I am 1.5 cent dilated...hopefully the inducement will go as quickly and smoothly as my first! I will return this weekend with my birth story!

well ladies, i am super pumped!!! Tomorrow is my last day being pregnant! I have to be at the hospital at 6:30 in the mornin thursday and i have the baby at 8:30. today i cleaned the house really well, and made sure that everything had a place and was in it, so my husband wont make a huge mess while i am in the hospital lol. I am just excited that i am gonna have the baby here just in about a day! I am pretty much surviving on nothing but adrenaline now! good luck to everyone having babies before me, and hopefully everyone has theirs pretty soon. I will post my birth story as soon as i can after i have the baby! talk to you all later!!!!!
