yay! Mandi had her baby boy! 7pounds 15 ounces - she told me at 6:15 but I think she meant 5:15 since it is 6:02 right now. She'll call me later with more info. Thought I'd let ya'll know!

hey ladies. i heard from HILLARY. she got there at 5 and started the pitocin at 6. its 12 now and shes having contractions but not strong enough yet. she thinks it will take a while =[ poor girl. i asked her was she was dilated to and enfaced too. her doctor isnt going to check her until things are picking up. her pitocin doze is 40 or something she said shes not really for sure they are upping the dose every 1/2 hr. =] i told her shed better have her in the next 12 hrs so are babies are exactly 3 wks apart. hehe <3

Hi ladies!! I am so tired. I haven't really slept since tuesday night. Thursday morning the hospital called at 4:37am, and told me to be to L&D at 6am. My Pitocin was started at 7am, I got my epidural a while later, and really things went rather smoothly. Our baby boy is beautiful. I will post my entire birth story when i have had some rest. I am fighting my eyelids just to finish this.

Ok girls - I just got a text from Hillary and baby Alyssa Rose was born this morning at 5:13 a.m. weighing in at 8 pounds even and 21 inches long Hillary is feeling pretty good and says that Alyssa is a real cutie! I said of course she is - I will update more as she texts me! Who is left??

Yay Hillary! I got your text and just wanted to say congrats again here. I'm so happy that Alyssa FINALLY decided to join us, lol! I am not sure how many are left? Ceecee, samantha and pepperperson? I think ceecee was overdue so maybe she had her baby already? My brain is mush as of lately (more so than during pregnancy if that is possible)....Ladies, come join in on the Infant Care forum! the thread seems to be dropping down and I keep forgetting to log in there because I'm so used to coming here. We'll get it going soon enough ;)

Congrats to all the new mom's with new baby's!! Sometimes my posts don't post....but I'm trying to keep up wtih checking in. My appointment last Tuesday they said I was 1cm dilated and 90% effaced and at zero station.

Congratulations Hillary! I am sure Alyssa is perfect, and beautiful. Well, I posted my birth story if anyone is intersted. I am exhausted now and have to wake Nathan soon to feed him. I will get back on when I can, but I am so tired.

Hey Ladies, Congrats to all the new mommies this week. I am not due until July 28th. No signs of labour so far. I have a funny feeling I am going to go past my due date for sure. Let's hope something starts to happen this week!!! :)

Okay, I am totally lost as to who is left to deliver. I am so sleep deprived that I keep forgetting to eat, and it is stressing my hubby out, he keeps coming to me with food.

Mandi, I keep forgettting to eat too! It's not what i expected because I figured I'd be starving all the time with bf'ing. I have to force feed myself half the time, lol.

Hi ladies! I am new to the forum, we are due July 26th. So far I feel NO WHERE close to going into labour. I felt BH earlier in the pregnancy but now I can't even tell if it is BH or just the baby stretching.... Every once in a while my belly takes this funny shape and I can clearly see the outline of the babies rump and where his/her feet are, but it isn't at all painful - just funny feeling. Last week I had more menstrual like pains, but I wondered if it was round ligament pain coming back - anyone know if you can get it again this late?

Hi Miscott, I had BH earler in my third trimester too, now nothing. I have had ligament pain reccently too. I think it is pretty normal to have it near the end of your pregnancy. I am due on july 28th, and have no signs of labour either.When my baby moves my tummy looks funny too, it is constantly sticking it bum out. lol I have my doctor's appointment tomorrow, so we will see if I have any progress or not. I am starting to get a pulsing pain in the lower back I am not sure if that is a sign labour is coming soon. It only last for about 30 minutes or so. I am so done being pregnant and just want to meet our new baby. :)

Mari26me, Is this your first too? I hear you about being ready to meet the baby! I am starting to get really excited to meet ours too, and (this sounds selfish) I really can't wait to sleep on my belly again lately (I have always been a stomach sleeper). I started drinking raspberry leaf tea and taking primrose tablets - my midwife advised it. I took 5 tabs yesterday, 4 today, then 3 tomorrow, 2 the following day and then one - supposed to help ripen my cervix. The raspberry leaf tea is supposed to tone the uterus for more efficient contractions or something. I go tomorrow too, I hope they check to see if anything is going on down there... Let me know how your visit goes - ours is in the am.

miscott, this is out first baby. OMG, i cannot wait to sleep on my stomach again either!!!! I do not think that is selfish to think at all. :) I just bought some raspberry leaf tea yesterday, I am going to start drinking it tonight. How many cups are u supposed to drink a day? Maybe I will try primrose tablets too, anything to get this baby to show up soon!!!! My doctor's appt is not until 4:30, I will definitely let u know how is goes. let me know how yours goes too. :) I hope my doctor checks if anything is going on down there, so far he has not. He may not check my cervix until 40 weeks, but I will ask him tomorrow. I am so curious to see if I dialated. Good luck tomorrow!!!

Mari26me, They haven't checked me at all yet, I really want to know too. I am drinking 3 cups of tea per day - that is how many my midwife told me to drink. Your backpain sounds hopeful! Good luck tomorrow, hopefully we both get some exciting news!
