I know, I wish more states offered it! Arghgghhhh....Kendra, good luck at your appt. and I hope all is well and Strad continues to keep baking :) Did they check your cervix, I don't remember? Were you dilating at all? Do you guys know when they do the first cervix check? Is it at 36 weeks?

KENDRA - wow effaced really? that is kinda early to be doing that - you better start taking it easy! I had no idea that every state didn't pay disability to pregnant women - wow! I will count my blessings...STEF I believe they will check at 36 weeks and every week until you deliver but don't take it to the bank I think it depends on the doctor geez that would be only 4 short weeks away if I am 32 weeks instead of 31 - scary!! I see the key is to start a new thread and then you guys become posting fools! LOL

dang u guys sue have filled this one up really fast already. im at school so i cant read it right now. i went to the dr today i gained 3 lbs and thats all. i was in and out. got an u/s but only of my kidney. pretty uneventful

im scheduled for a u/s on May 15th i just remembered that week is going to be busy.. the 14th i have a check up as usual.. then the u/s then the 17th my mom is throwing the baby shower. This Saturday the ladies from church are throwing a baby shower for my SILS n myself.. i hoping i can buy a dresser becuz i have no place to put her new things. i forgot to say that i only gained 1pd. since 2 weeks ago i think it would of been more but since ive been throwing up again i probably lost them. i just made a soup n fell asleep n i feel so sick my heartburn is kicking in n my stomach hurts so badly.. btw, my dh came home n ran right upstairs to play... took advantage that i was sleeping but i heard him, He's a loser for being so obsesses for that game.

I definatly know how you guys are feeling. I have had such bad back pains...and with Brooklynn moving around and kicking so hard. I am in constant pain. I have been super emotional too...someone can say something and I will just start crying. But I think that mostly has a little bit to do with my situation now, the hormones don't help but its definatly more being alone now. These do get filled up fast. I am now 30w 5d...gosh it still seems so far away!!! I want to hold Brooklynn so badly, to see who she looks like lol. My next doctors appointment is on the 9th...I have them every two weeks now...instead of monthly. Anyone else have them every two weeks??

Charli - I have my appts every 2 weeks also my next one is in 1 week May 7th.....Megan moves like crazy - and she is what I call a cervix dancer and it drives me nuts cuz it hurts!! I think we are all emotional around this time - just let it out! LOL - I am going to the beach this weekend I can't wait and I hope the weather is nice....

Charli, I have them every 2 weeks now too. My next appt. is May 8 and then after that I think mine are all on Fridays. It's so weird to be excited for dr. appts. but I am! I think I get another u/s at 36 weeks so that will be the first week of June. yaaayyyy! Ok, how much weight has everyone gained total in their pregnancies? At my appt. last week I'd gained 23lbs!!! The dr. wasn't concerned, but don't you gain most of your weight in the last 2 months? If so, I'm in trouble ;)

STEF - I have only gained 9 pounds but that is because I WAS A FAT ASS to start ....LOL so don't go off of what I gained - I gained 80 pounds with my first and 50 with my second!

Stef- ive only gain 12pds in total.. i went to go get the prescrition the doc gave me.. hopefully it gives me some relief for this hearburn its serious i mean intense feeling i cant take it no more. Let's see how it goes :-)

hi gals! yahoo! i am 29 weeks today!!!! but i still envy you girls that are so near to your due date! Congratz Tina and Julia, you are one step closer to meeting your bub! JULIA- yea i had heartburn with my previous 2 pregnancy i hated them i pray i dont get them with this one. CRYSTAL- i hope you feel better soon. Maybe some baby shopping will help you cheer up? but i guess its hard going shopping with a toddler especially when he is teething. i dont go no where these days unless i really have to like Dr. appt. my kids are well behave when out but i hate messing up their midday nap. plus being heavily pregnant now i just want to stay at home and rest. when i was pregnant with my 2nd child i walked everyday for hours! just walking around the shopping centres, having coffee with friends and window shopping (couldnt afford to shop everyday!). By walking so much i believe thats what help me with a fast labor. i had a 1.5hr labor drug free, natural. My sister inlaw did exactly the same thing as me and had 3 very quick labor. i want to begin to walk with this labor, only i wish i couldve of done it from the beginning of pregnancy. Dont know if it will help much since i am already 7mths. STEF- Thanks for the advice about the playtex, now you make me really want them!!! but i wont be able to get them unless i go on ebay US. kENDRA- good luck with appt. i have appt with my midwife tomorrow. i dont even know how much i gain this pregnancy.

Well I had gained 18 lbs.....but because of all the stress and everything I have been through in the last couple of weeks-I lost 15lbs. Which really scared me, cuz your not supposed to lose weight during pregnancy especially that much in so little time. But my doctor says that Brooklynn is healthy and that I seem to be okay so not to worry to much and to try and not stress so much anymore. CORS-that is cool that you can go to the beach, I live in Arizona sooo no beach for me. Just very dry weather-I am just glad I don't live in the hot part of Arizona. I am also very scared of labor.

wow ladies alot going on in the next couple weeks for alot of us. TINA yah i know its gay; i wish i lived where you did. lol. i don't know if ill get paid maternity leave but i know i have 1 week pd vacation im using; cuz after hes here i believe im apply for my nursing jobs instead. Stef- i know we are always on track for our scans; ect together. lol your due the 4th im due the 5th so close & one of each. lol. thats cool.. everyone else d__n we are all so busy its unreal. I have my last CLASS CLASS for school; then i start working at the nursing homes during school hrs. im excited. today is my final exam & i feel as if ill do amazing at it!!! so im ready & set; then we are having a pizza party then i have to leave about 15 minutes early from school i was just informed that its at 115(my appt) not 215 like i thought; we will see my ob says we should do or concerns or what not.

GOOD MORNING LADIES! OOOOOOOOOOO WONDERFUL NEWS I FEEL GREAT THIS MORNING LOL. THOSE NEW PILLS I GOT FOR HEARTBURN ARE MY NEW BEST FRIENDS! I TOOK ONE WHEN I GOT HOME AND ITS STILL WORKING.. IMA TAKE ONE LATER THIS AFTERNOON.. IM SO HAPPY! I FEEL SO RELIEVED A NIGHT WITHOUT HEARTBURN.. ITS 845AM! THIS MUST BE THE EARLIEST IVE BEEN Up! IM ON MY WAY TO MY MOMS HOUSE TO GO PREPARE SOME STUFF FOR MY BABYSHOWER.. I FEEL GREAT :-) HOPE U ALL FEEL THE SAME WAY IF NOT I'M THROWING SOME JOY OVER! MUAHHHHHHH TALK TO U GUYS SOON
