sry ladies ive been BUSY... as a bee; yesterday spent 6 hrs at labor & delivery again!!!! sucky to much im so tired i dont have time to explain bell photos are on piczo if u havent seen them. im 1 1/2 cms dilated= have obgyn appointment tomorrow. so i will let everyone know how it goes

STEF - after I log on after dinner I figure since you are 2 hours ahead of me you are already sleeping....LOL - we ate really late last night - I steamed artichokes and they take a while - so we ate at 7pm and I was done cleaning up about 8pm.....then I was in the bath soaking my sore back at 900 then in bed by 915 it was great - I know I am getting good rest because I am waking up before my alarm goes off I just lay there though and rest I refuse to get up at 5am.....just not going to happen - KENDRA - I think that they jump to UTI because that is the most common reason for preterm labor - that's what I read somewhere but my bout of preterm had nothing to do with UTI - and I am the UTI queen so ......keep the pills for when you actually feel like you have a UTI it will save you a trip to the doctor then that's what I did when the doctor gave me a prescription for anitbiotics after tellng me I had no infection present = uh ok?? whatever!! HILLARY - how are you girl? I bet you are ready for Domenic to be home huh? I know what you mean about the break - absence does make the heart grow fonder...right? Cor has to go down to KIA school for a few days at the end of July....I am sure he will appreciate the peace and quiet and night.....alright girls nothing else to report I'll check in later!

Kendra- how r u feeling now???? i dont want to go bak to L&D again til its time.. im alot better i can walk !! that pain went away it comes n goes but its improve. so now i have no excuse to do things around here lol!!

JULIA - so glad to hear you are feeling better - I think I can relate to some of your pain although I don't think I have it as badly as you do it sucks!

like my husband says i gotta "suck it up n take it like a man" but i cant complain lol its part of it all.. any plans for this weekend.. its so humid outside.. this is the only time im thankful i live in the bas____nt its nice n cool..

No big plans I am going to meet my girlfriend at the movies we are going to see S_x and the City - then I might cruise by babies r us and make sure that the stuff I registered for online is in fact available at the store...LOL that's about it

tina- im okay pooped; tired n very sore from ivs n needles as of now. precious- i agree i dont want to go back unless im totally having this baby which i might add id like in the next couple weeks =] lol.

Hey! Wow, I'm so behind today...KENDRA, girl take it easy and just rest up because I know that baby is coming very soon. I really think you'll be the first of us to go for sure. Julia is going to be in the running though too! I took some pics of the nursery as it is...pretty much done, but on one wall I have this round pink mirror that matches the round pink shapes on the bedding. I like it, but it's still kind of empty there so I'm buying the a couple other wall hangings that will go there so that will all be rearranged. I'll post the pics on the piczo here in a bit!

i have to tell you guys something completely embara__sing.. last night i went to bed sorta late like usual.. but my stomach was growling and i was getting that diarrhea feeing in my stomach.. so im trying my best to go to the bathroom when i realize there is no paper i walk as quickly as i can to the closet n as soon as i go back to the bathroom.. i pooped on my self :-( i dont know how it just came down i was in shock n i had this really bad pressure on my back n i sat n took everything off n finish.. i was in so much pain of pressure i tell my dh to bring me a towel.. and him jokingly says did u poop or something .. and i shamefully said yes.. i still cant believe it i showered and everything n my dh was in shock lately ive been like that as soon as this pressure comes thru i have to pee badly or have a bm. UGH! it sucks but i've notice that other preggos' r dealing with diarrhea so i hear its normal.. but i know its not normal to do it on ur self.. its soo embra__sing but i had to share it 4 sum reason just in case it happens to one of ya'll i wont feel as bad.

JULIA - LOL honey you aren't the first and you won't be the last ........I wear depends pantiliners with odor control because I have on occasion had pee leak out....either from coughing, laughing, sneezing...etc ...LOL it's just the joys of pregnancy.

Girls, I have a question...I posted this on Infant Care forum too: For any of you who have used a pack n play as a ba__sinet! I chose to go this route because I wanted a pack n play to take to my parent's homes when we go out of town. I really didn't want to purchase that AND a ba__sinet. I'd heard good things overall, even in my baby care cla__s. I am kind of bummed though because I took it out of the box this afternoon and put it together to find that the ba__sinet portion is actually quite large (and kind of lumpy due to the cloth bottom). I bought ba__sinet sheets and it doesn't look like they are going to fit. Can you NOT use sheets on a pack n play ba__sinet? I feel like the part the baby lies on is really kind of scratchy! It is like canvas :( Anyways, just looking to see what anyone else did. Thanks! Oh, and baby is due in about 4-5 weeks. **************Ok, just wondered if any of you had used these here! Ok, now I'm finally getting into the shower at almost 5:30!!!!! yikes.

ok im here to check in. i slept till eleven today. i couldnt sleep very well last night. im having those cramps agian. the dr last week said it was contractions and to keep track of them, so i did. i would have 6 one hr then 2 the next. not enough to call the dr or go to L&D. i have an appointment tomorrow so i will totally be telling him that. they suck cuz they hurt and there is nothing i cant do about them. so im really tired today. i have only one more week left in school. which im very happy abut. im ready for a break from these immature people. sometimes i feel like im in jr high agian. they like to act like it. i finally had to go to the director of the program and say something because im forking out 12000 dollars to get my education and it is interuppted by stupid things going on. but i get to come back at nights. YAH!!! hey has anyone heard form Amy? i have not seen her on here in awhile. KENDRA- im glad your doing better today. i know what you mean about feeling puky. i have felt that alot lately. IM READY TO HAVE THIS BABY!!!!! anyone else??

Stef my cousins girlfriend used the play pin for her daughter since birth now she's almost 6 mo. so they bought a crib. she fit welled and was very comfty.. i think its a good idea.. especially taken it to your parents. its really not much of a difference between that n the ba__sinet. i think u should consider it

STEF - if you don't like the sheet - you can use just a regular crib sheet and tuck it under - the baby will be so small and somewhat immobile for a while that it would pose no danger to the baby - OR you can just cut a sheet down to a smaller size and just tuck it under - that's what I did with the cradle my grandpa made me - it did not have a mattress - my mom and dad cut a mattress out of furniture padding foam stuff and then my mom just wrapped a sheet around it....it worked great and the boys only slept in it for about 2 months during the day....it's really not that big of a deal - I promise....you can even go to the fabric store and pick a fabric you really like and get a yard or so of it and wash it and tuck it under.....I thought I might register for one since the liner of my co-sleeper is missing ????? oh well decisions decisions Good luck

Thanks girls! Yeah, I have the crib and it is all set up, but I want to have the pack n play too for the baby to sleep in in our room for the first few months. I did a little research online though and I found that the measurements of the mat in the bottom of the pack n play ba__sinet are the same size as a co-sleeper sheet! I don't think target carries them instore, but I can order it online! Yay! KOLLEEN, ok now it sounds like you are definitely in the running for next to go! :) Hell, who knows -- maybe we'll all go into labor on the same day. Wouldn't that be hilarious? :D
