I love American Idol too! I was so upset when Chikezie got voted off last week. Now I want David Archuletta or Carly Smithson to win. And Dawn I'll definitely send the pics when I take them. I'm going to the doc tomorrow morning and then I gotta go to the doc with my friend who is preggo and is going for her first appt. She's really scared and her bf is a peice of c___p so I told her I'd go with her. You know what's wierd, I only feel King up high near my ribs lately. I used to feel him down almost in my pelvis but not anymore. I swear sometimes I can feel him in my lungs! I'm starting to worry, noone is buying anything off my registry, my mom keeps telling me that everyone in my fam are procrastinators and wait till the last minute to do everything, but I'm still kinda worried. My real concern is that I registered under Fred's last name and everyone is all like I can't find her registry, I'm so confused. We sent the invitations saying Gabrielle Kashow (Freds last name) so you think they would get it. Ahh whatever!

Don't worry gabby- most people don't buy till a day or two before your shower. :) Trust me on that one - it was the same with our wedding registry. I love little David too but totally love Michael Johns. :) He probably won't win but I think he's awesome. I loved Chickezie too - he was so fun and so good natured. Anways..

fefer - I feel left out because I don't watch American Idol. I can watch some of the auditions and the people make fools of themselves but that's about it. Did they give you iron pills or anything to take? They gave me a supplement to just take every other day, so it's just like an extra vitamin. I feel like an old lady with the number of pills I take a day! gabby - some people don't really care what's on your registry, they just get what they want and others might not have the things taken off when they actually get it. I got a TON of bath stuff at my baby shower with my daughter......way more than I ever needed. I always feel slightly awkward in the waiting room at my dr. appointment because I'm usually one of the few people there alone. I leave my hubby home with my daughter because my appointment are SO long and it would be easier if for some reason I had to deliver and he was already home to get my stuff and get her ready to go stay at my sister's for the day.

Kay I know exactly how you feel with going to the dr alone. I always go during the day while Fred is at work, and people kinda look at me funny sometimes. It's funny though because like half the people at my office are lowlifes and their bf's and hubbies don't work and that's why they are there. I wanna tell them hey at least my man has a job! HAHA. I am so tired but I'm waiting for Fred to get back from picking his friend up at the airport. I'm starting to get restless. Oh and about the baby shower registry, I think I'm just a worry wart because we have most of the basics that we will need for the first few months alraedy, I'm just neurotic. And this sounds so selfish but I can't wait to get all those presents, haha. I'm such a brat!

Haha baby showers are like being a little kid again. You guys might not have hit this phase yet, but once you have kids Christmas and birthdays with loads of presents are more for them. I just had some little things on my baby registry like maybe I could use more of this or that. It's nothing so serious I couldn't just buy it myself even if he came early because it's nothing he'll need right when we bring him home. I'm waiting for my guy to get off work which won't be till 4 and believe me, I'll still be wide awake.

They gave me iron pills to take - and of course you can't take them with any dairy or calcium like tums. blah...at least I haven't been constipated yet! :) I love AI - sorry you can't watch it Kay. I don't watch Hells Kitchen if it makes you feel any better. Ramsay stresses me out too much watching him - I get all on edge after watching him for too long. I do like Biggest Loser though. :) I might have to go on the show after the baby is born if I keep gaining weight like Iam. I gained 6 pounds in two weeks!!! I'm up I think over 35 pounds...I guess that's not too bad, but I feel huge!!! I would love to have another shower and get tons of gifts too....I had so much fun at my dd's showers...we were totally spoiled. Now all I need is boy clothes and a double stroller. I know what you mean Kay about Christmas and Birthdays - all about the kids - but it's so much fun to watch them get excited. :)

OMG having kids makes holidays so much more fun. It's like they lose their magic as you grow up then it all comes back again once you have them. I had so much fun and was so excited about Christmas this year. I watch celebrity fit club, not religiously but if it's on I'll watch it. Criminal minds starts back up next week and I love that show....probably beacuse I like criminal psychology. I'm not sure how much weight I've gained. I was at 30, but they forgot to weigh me at my last appointment. I'd imagine I've gained some just sitting around on my b___t, but at the same time I don't know if I've been eating as well because I get sick of the stuff we have. I'd deffinately love to keep 10-15 pounds though.

Kay you can have 15 lbs from me haha ..It is so funny when I posted that about american idol i thought to myself hmm I bet someone will say something cause I know the people who do watch american idol are some die hard fans hahaha I watched it once I think when that guy with the long hair was on there I forget his name i think it started with a B and he had the part down the middle and long light brown hair -- i wanted him something bad lol I love me some hells kitchen though lol - I also love judge judy and alot of people think shes a lunatic too haha they just make me laugh ...now if i was onthe show I wouldnt find them so funny I am sure haha Gabby you know what I am just like you with the shower I cant wait to get presents ! I buy everything for myself it would be nice to get something from someone else for once lol Oh and I am always alone at my appts I actually prefer it ..but maybe that is cause I am used to it now and I dont care what the losers in that place think...but to be honest I dont think they think much of it at all LOL Ok off to drop chas off be back in a few

Morning ladies! So I'm sick too:( I thought I had a cold -was stuffed up, coughing and had a sore throat yesterday, but then last night I got almost no sleep because I kept waking up either sweating or with the chills. Not fun. And my grandmother pa__sed away yesterday:(:(:( She was 90 years old and died in her sleep, but it's still sad. I'm just hoping that if I have the flu (or whatever it is), that it will be gone by Friday morning so I'll be able to go to the funeral without throwing up or pa__sing out....I'm normally really emotional anyway so add to my fever all the extra hormones and how sad I am, going to the funeral could be messy:( On a lighter note, my friend is at the hospital right now waiting for her baby to show up! She was 2 weeks overdue and was induced last night at 7:30pm so I'm just waiting for the call. When she had her last u/s, the dr. told her the baby was between 8.5-9.5lbs and her pelvis wasn't opening at all -so they told her she may very well end up having a c-section. Oh, and on the topic of showers, I had my baby shower with my friends and co-workers on Sunday and it was so much fun:) I hadn't registered anywhere (since I have no idea what I'll need for a baby!) so I just relied on all my friends/co-workers to get stuff they thought would be useful.....all but 2 ppl there are moms already and I got some really great/useful stuff. I'm starting to feel really organized for Kai's arrival. I think now I need to start getting some stuff for me -like nursing shirts, b___st pads, etc. We have our pre-natal cla__s on Thursday night and they're supposed to be giving us a list of things to bring to the hospital so I'm waiting 'til I get that and then I'll be going shopping! Hope everyone's doing well.....I'm finally starting to count down.....tic toc.....

eastcoast aww Im sorry to hear about your grandma :o( I hope you feel better soon too thats horrible to have all that AND a cold on top of it! Wow and good luck to your friend ...8.5-9.5 lbs! wow

hello girls. oh wow eastcoast - i'm so sorry for your loss. i know what you are going through... we just lost our pop on sunday and it doesn't feel real yet... like it really hasn't sunk in yet that he is gone. we have the funeral on monday and he will be getting a 21 gun salute which is pretty cool. he served in the army in vietnam so it should be pretty special. he was a such a kind, gentle big old bear of a man. he was 6'5" but just as gentle as a kitten and he will be missed. hang in there eastcoast and just remember the good times and my prayers are with you and your family during this time. god bless you. on a lighter note- omg dawnie!!! you are so cracking me up! i absolutely love love love hells kitchen too! i love gordon ramsey! freddie and i wished last night that there was another one on right after it! it is so good. and the pure fact that he threw up omg that was priceless! i don't think that has ever happened! and judge judy! that is so hilarious that you love her. oh about 4 years ago my friend and her loser husband were on that show. they were being sued by her ex-best friend for a sum of money that this chick has lent her. i swear judge judy ripped my friend a new one! it was so good that they aired it during sweeps week. i would love to see it again. i wonder if there is anyway i can find the episode! it is so freaking funny. oh yeah and as far as american idol goes..... i don't like it! i like watching the auditions too of all the people making a__ses out of themselves but that is about it. there is this one guy on there still that i think is cute... totally my style... long ol' dreads... pretty nature boy of sorts! hahaha me and crow are watching alvin and the chipmunks and it is so cute! so dawn... you applied for wic right? can you tell me what you get? like how much and what for? for like milk and cheese? i'm thinking about applying and was wondering what the scoop is... thanks dear.

Omg I typed this whole answer and forgot to log in so it was GONE ugh! disko - I was saying that they give you milk (like 2 gallons),juice,cereal,cheese,peanut b___terand a dozen eggs. Then after the baby is born they give you either formula or if you b___stfeed they give you tuna and carrots which is a crock lol that formula is so expensive they are saving a ton of money if you b___stfeed they should give you something better then tuna lol O and next year as long as the baby turns one before october you should qualify for fruit vouchers as well which is to me the best part lol I had them once and we went to the farmers market and got a bunch of fruit and veggies .. I was saying too that I love gordon you remember the guy who kept saying he was the black gordon ramsay so I put on my space I was the female gordon ramsay hahahaha (amde me laugh anyway) I love judge judy though I would love to meet her .. if i was ever on her show and we got into a fight me and her as they were carrying me out I would be like umm ok but can i have an autograph LOL

o and with the WIC there isnt a dollar limit on it - its more so limited to the brands you can buy like the cheese cant be individually wrapped,the cereals have to be on their approved list - which they extended so I got like a small box of post selects banana nut and a big box of cheerios... before they only gave you the blandest c___p cereal they could find- now they seem to be ok with stuff with nuts in it and fruit which is good.. and then with the juice you cant get juice with sugar in it - so like you can get welchs or juicy juice but not like tropicana ..

Alvin and the chipmunks huh... i loved that movie, we took our DD to see it when it came out and she loved it. for her birthday in January we got her the cd and she was asking yesterday if we could get her the movie, which we probably will. 2 gallons... dang i get 5 and 1/2. I use to watch Hells kitchen and its awesome. I really liked the one where the manager would always be on his cell phone and just flirting.

5 and a half! wow lol my check says 4 half gallons ! and what sux about that is that you have to get it all in one shot - they should give you like a gallon a week or something instead of 4 halves for a month - I just combine it into the 2 gallons cause I dont have room to be having all these half gallons in the fridge. I took chas to see the alvin and the chipmunks in the movies too when it was out - you know what movie looks good ... Baby mama hahaha that looks funny comes out next month or this month in the middle or something but I am going to go see that one. I went to mc donalds today and ordered a mc.chicken with extra mayo a cheeseburger fries and a coke and the lady in the window looked right at my belly haha she is probably thinking ooo yeah thats alll for her hahahaha but then she smiled at me so .. whatever lol I have an SUV and omg .. its getting hard to get in and out of that beast I have to PULL myself into the truck I was so sore today my lower belly hurts :o(
