I have sole custody and he has 'reasonable visitation' which he doesn't use. Even if he did it's at my discression. I don't think a mail at home paternity test would hold up in court, they'd probably order one through a lab because how easy would it be to tamper with the results?

Ok, I'm finally making myself go to bed. If I don't get to check in tomorrow some of you might be getting some email texts from me!

Kay, today's the day!!! I'm so excited and nervous for you -my fingers and toes are crossed. Hopefully you won't have to wait another week. Keep us posted! Dawn, glad to hear you had a great time at your shower yesterday, sounds like you got lots of awesome things -oh and one of my friends swears by the 'lil goats milk' products....they're pretty popular/common up here, and from what I've heard, they're good! Hopefully your appt won't be too painful/annoying today. My Dr is on vacation right now and so my next appt isn't until next week -I'll be almost 38 weeks then!!! And Heather, how fantastic that you heard from dh:) Before I met my dh, the guy I was with was in the military (air force) and he spent a lot of time over there -he was gone for 6 months at a time, and I remember that for days after I got to talk to him I'd be on cloud 9 just replaying everything we said. Hopefully once he's settled your phone calls will be more consistent and regular:)

omg eastcoast I had a dream about you last night isnt that weird?! I had a dream you had your baby - that I logged onto my computer and there was a email with pics and i was like O wow she had her baby lol I have alot of dreams lately .. i think its cause i wake up so much LOL

Oh and in my appt it was just that swab kay told us about where they go from your one hole to the next lol

Yeah Dawn, that's the one that I have to get at my next appt. I'll be 36 weeks 4 days, and they said it has to be done between 35 and 37 weeks. So I'm not really looking forward to that appt. I swear I'm paranoid. Every little twinge or weird pain or cramp makes me crazy thinking it's labor pains. And everyone keeps saying You'll Know when it's labor pains, but there's plenty of you girls that had early labor and Marisol and Amanda didn't even know they were starting to dilate, so I'm just worried. Ha, but I ate Taco Bell yesterday and Saturday and that cured my constipation problem. I got up 3 times last night to drop the kids off at the pool, and I feel so much better this morning, haha.

Oh and my appt isn't until next weds, the 14th.

Yeah my doc today told me I could have contractions and be 4 cm dialiated and they would send me home lol i was like oooooooookay then haha she said its when they are frequent like more then 5 a hour or less then 5 mins apart that they are concerned.

My doctor told me at my last appt the same thing. She said that if they start to come consistently then I should be alarmed but if they are just kind of random and sporadic not to worry. Just to sit and drink a gla__s of water. The problem is that I'm not sure what a contraction even feels like, so I don't really know what to be alarmed about. And I'm paranoid so if I get the smallest pain, I convince myself that I felt it every 5 minutes, even though I totally didn't. haha, at least I know that I'm crazy and I don't deny it.

hey girls - I haven't had a chance to read all the posts yet but I wanted to say good luck Kay! I'm 36 weeks today and have my Group B strep test and internal check tomorrow! got to get shaved! haha...I'll catch up on the posts throughout the day as I'm at work and not supposed to be playing. :)

To me its like a big menstrual cramp like the one I would get right before my period comes down- Thats how contractions feel .. to me anyway then it just gets stronger and stronger. I know I wonder how she is too but I figure we wouldnt hear either way til a lil later today .. if today :o/ Im still eating baby shower cake! haha Yum

I took home a huge piece of my shower cake and then forgot it was in the fridge. I found it yesterday and it was hard as a rock. I was mad because I would have definitely eaten it if I remembered it was in there. Fefer, that's the test I have to get next week. I think you guys are about a week ahead of me. I was 35 weeks on Saturday, due June 7th. It seems like all the others who are due the end of June have kind of dropped off the forum. Except Disko, you're due the end of June right? Where has Newlywed been? It seems wierd that we started out with like 20 June mommies now we are down to a few regulars. I remember when we were all finding out the s_x, there were so many of us.
