Lower Back Pain And Lower Belly Cramps 37weeks

I'm 37weeks and my back pains are horrible and I have bad lower belly cramps with it and I can't seem to stand every time I bend over to pick something up my vagina and bottom feel like they gonna tear apart. What show I do I know I'm to induce on Monday because I'm a diabetic can't go full term but do I call my doctor still?
