Psoriasis And Unborn Baby

i am 31wks pregnant with my fourth baby. After i had my 3rd baby in 2006 i developed Psoriasis. Ever since my pregnancy my psoriasis has completely healed until recently it has developed again. I want to ask if theres any mothers out there who have psoriasis or any skin condition during pregnancy and had healthy babies? did anyone pass it on to their baby? and were you able to br___tfeed? i want to br___tfeed my baby but scare i can pass it on to him cos i know its a genetic thing.
