Yes, I had a little boy Nov 30 of 2006. Now I am due again with another little boy September 15th, but having a c-section on September 11th. I'm soooo miserable. Everything hurts and it hurts to walk :(

hiya, Casey, keeping my fingers crossed for you...at least your little one sounds like a good size, i'm sure things will work out even if born now...smmom, keep us updated...I lost my plug with my first 3 weeks before I had her, but who knows...pinkbootlace..our firsts are 12 days apart...and it appears our 2nds will be a few days apart as well, small world..lol..sorry you are feeling miserable, we are on the home stretch...as for me, i'm running my family's restaurant at our resort...and yesterday my chef took ill and was rushed to hospital...so dh had to jump in the kitchen and I was running all around making sure everything went well...i'm not huge...but still going into my 36th week i'm not the most graceful...lol..so much for trying to get myself out of being on my feet all day...we are supposed to be going to holland on wednesday for 10 days so i hope that will still go through as i'm hosting my mom's 60th suprise party there with 50 of our family and friends...just hope this kid stays in for a few more weeks...of i'm not around i'm going to try and check in...please keep us all updated :-))

Hello ladies...PINK...... I feel your pain. I am 37 weeks with my 3rd...and let me tell you. That bowling ball on the pelvic area feeling is so not fun. It hurts. COOKIE>....you need to rest......I dont know where you are...but in the US>..my dr will NOT let me travel after 34 weeks !!!!!!!!! SO you need to take it easy so to not put yourself into labor. ANyways...have fun and good luck with your party and restraunt !!!

Hi ladies, not much going on here. Except my dr's got a NEW scale!! Which sucks cause its probably really acurate but Ive been weighed on a different one for the past 30 weeks so all the sudden it goes up like 7 lbs!!! I know I didnt gain that but the other one most likely wasnt accurate...again just frustrating...I just hate the weight gain, with my first I gained 22 lbs, this one Im already at 27lbs with 6 weeks to go!!! Thats all thats been going on in my life..so at least its nothing major! No pain, baby hasnt dropped yet. Hope all is well with everyone.

hiya, well chef will be back tomorrow, and I made today my last official floor shift...so hopefully from here, i'm going to sit on my b___t more in the office..lol...smmom, i'm in Scotland at the moment, and here as well they don't let you fly after 34 weeks, and I have to get a special letter from my midwives to go this week, but fortunatly for me I'm going on a ferry to Holland, and i'll be going to my home town, with a great hospital 5 minutes from me (and where I was born..lol)...also dh is an EMT/Firefighter so if anything happens on the boat he could deliver the baby (although neither of us wants that scenerio)...Tasha, sorry to hear about the scale..i've gained 28 pounds so far so I hear you...but that's still pretty good...

Happy saturday ladies......Tasha...dont worry about the weight gain...you will lose it fast. I have always gained 50 or more lbs with each of my kids, so under 30 is awesome !!!! COOKIE>....I have been to Scottland...sooo beautiful there. Here we are not even allowed to travel an hour from home by car !!!! Dr.s are strict !!! But that isok. Sounds like if you deliver where you are going it would be a good thing. And how lucky are you to have dh be a fireman !!!!! I hope you have fun and get to enjoy your trip home before the baby comes !!! As for me ladies...I am still waiting, still having bad Bh contractions, and still hoping I do NOT go into labor this week as my dr will be gone.

hiya, smmom still having bh? I think i'm having them too, it seems like everytime i'm moving or standing up straight my stomach gets tight, I don't remember having so many of these last time...when are you officially due?

Hello....COOKIE...yes I have had the stupid bh since 17 weeks or so with this baby. He is my third and edd is Sept. 2nd. SO if he doesnt come by then I wil be indiced on my edd. I am really really hoping he stays put until then. It is only 3 weeks !!! So when do you leave on your vacation??? As for the bh...I always getmore when I get active to. They actually help to put you into labor...those contractions are what softens and thins the cervix, but I dont want that to happen now. Just drink lots of water and lay down when you get them...that usually stops them for a bit...or slows them down !!!

hiya, smmom i'm leaving tomorrow..yea!!!! I really need this break, now that I've slowed down the bh have slowed down as well, so hopefully that means this munckin will stay put for at least the next two weeks, but just in case, I have the infant car seat, some clothes, and other odds and ends with me in case she comes a little early, I have a midwife's appt tomorrow so hopefully they will give me the all clear to leave...i'll be checking in from Holland as well to see how you are all doing ;-)

Cookie...have fun on your trip !!! I hope little lady stays put also so you can rest and enjoy. But you are smart to take all that stuff with you. Let me know how things go !!! I go back to the dr. on Thursday, so I will check in also.

Hi Girls! Hope everyone is doing good. Sounds like most of us dont have very long to go at all! Cookie I hope you enjoy your vacation! I have been okay, so so sick of bedrest! Had some bleeding today. Went to doc they think its something with my placenta which could also attribute to my amniotic fluid not rising....also figuring in the leak that I have had too lol. I am 50% effaced and dilated to about a 2 now. Doc said he would like to have me wait another two weeks but baby seems like he wants to come sooner, and with the low fluid and all he will let it happen if labor starts. Smom2 I know what you mean about the braxton hicks...they are misery!!! Anyway hope everyone is having a wonderful week, talk to you girls soon!!

hey everyone. I am 35 weeks now. blah. I've been having more and more heartburn which doesn't feel well, and last night... I had a CRAZY dream that I had the baby but I didn't remember being in the hospital.... how aweful would that be! Than, another dream... I had the baby but I was bleeding (you know how you bleed like 4-6 wks after you have the baby) while i was in the hospital and it was really heavey and got all over the gown and bed and people in the room (random people...lol) that were visting me got discusted and left. lol. Strange, I know....

Casey...I am sorry about your low fluid, but if baby wants to come early maybe that is a good thing. Especially if you are bleeding from the placenta. I pray things go very well for you and little one !!! Yes these BH stink....they get worse everyday !!! PINK.... 35 weeks...yey. I know what you mean about the crazy dreams...they will roll in for the next few weeks...until the sleep deprivation kicks back in majorly !!! As for me..I am off to the dr tomarrow to see if anything has changed !!!

Hi Ladies, I havn't been on here lately to say hi and see how all is doing. Hope everyone is having a good pregnancy. I am having a pretty breezy pregnancy actually apart from the obvious things that we all go thru. I am however completely over it and still have 5 weeks to go. I am still at work, hopefully will be for the next 3/4 weeks. No point sitting at home, I will get bored too easily :-) What an awesome thing a baby shower is...!! I had mine a few days ago and my gosh I have never seen so much clothes. This girl has more clothes than me and she is not even here yet!! Its insane. But I am very happy only have to buy a few things now. YAY, tho shopping is not so enjoyable anymore. I just cant wait to meet my little girl, sometimes I think I cant wait for her to be out but then I think once shes here thats it.. Things will be different.... Different priorities, different routines... Argh, I dont know what to think. Its all getting a bit overwhelming at the moment... I am now starting to think am I gonna know what to do when she comes out am I gonna be able to look after her, what if I drop her or dont hear her cry or something... I am a first time mum, but have been around babies heaps, I just am scared now.. Is anyone else having these sort of thoughts? I not sad or anything about it, just anxious, I wanna be good at it....!! I got heaps of support and people to help but I wanna be the best you know haha.. I sound crazy... Well anyway I best be off, hope is all well with everyone...!!!

Hello ladies.....K8....dont worry. When baby is here, instince takes completely over. You figure out what every cry of your baby means, what every noise is and dont worry about dropping them...you become very careful of what you do with babies. I went to the dr today...I am still the same 50% and at 3. no change which is great. I have 17 more days until I am induced!!! YEY!!!! I am praying i make it that far !!!

hiya ladies, well I'm here in Holland, but what a fiasco getting here...we drove 8 hours to go by an overnight boat from the middle of England to Holland (mind you we had driven from Scotland)..so we did it overnight, we arrived a few hours early only to be told that they were not going to let me travel...I was so mad, at no point did the man tell me that they cut off at 34 weeks...I had told him over the phone how far I would be and all he said was that I needed a medical clearance (which I had)...so realizing their mistake, the woman asked me "well do you really need to go?"seriously did she think I was doing this for the fun of it?!?! anyways they said I could travel from Dover (at the bottom of England) another 5 hours away...so we ended up basically driving the entire British Island...but I got over here at last, and the party yesterday went fantastic...but now i'm soo pooped...no more for me, i'm being spoiled by my aunt and uncle...and finally catching up on my sleep....caseyann, glad to hear you are still hanging in there, is your dr keeping a constant watch on you? I would insist on it if I were you...smmom 17 days left wow at least you now....K8 so glad you popped in, I was wondering about you, I agree with smmom, you will be amazed how things just instinctively kick in once your little one is born...pink, i hear you with the heartburn, last time my daughter had already dropped at this stage, but this one is still so high that the heart burn is killing me...especially at night, for some reason I wake up at midnight everynight with my chest on fire...also it feels like this kid is playing kickball with my ribs...so painful...but we're getting there ladies :-))
