I think when you have a toddler it is easy to let xtra pounds sneak up on you. I found myself eating unhealthy just so it was quick! We about a month ago I started dieting and I already lost 15lbs!! Well I have another 20 to go and I wanted to know if anyone wanted to join me?? Come on girls jump on the band wagon with me!!

Wow - you lost 15 lbs. in a month? How did you do it? That's wonderful! I would like to lose some weight but have no idea where to begin. I have a crazy schedule during the day so I skip meals a lot which I know is not at all healthy. I'm interested in hearing more - do tell!

I 100% need to get on the bandwagon, as I sit here nibbling a little debbie! I'm interested in hearing how you did it too. I really need to lose at 50 lbs and 60 would be even better! My 15 year anniversary is in February and we are going on a trip together, no kids. I would love to be a s_xy mama for that trip! Maybe you girls are what I need......

I want to jump on! I have 6 lbs left to get to my pre-preg weight but want to lose an extra 7 after that so I that's a total of 13lbs. TinaMarie what is your secret? I have only been losing 1 lb a week, I've got to do what you are doing!

I have been following the fat smash diet. It is the one they use on celebrity fit club...lol. But it is easy to follow and I have seen big results. I have set a goal of 20lbs for July 31st (I have 17 more to go, cause I am down 3 of it) I have been walking everyday and doing situps in the mornings.

How are you girls doing? I wighted myself today and after a good week of working out for at least an hour everyday I have lost nothing!!!! I don't know how much I can cut back on food because I am nursing and I don't want it to affect my milk, but I have been eating healthier. Ugh, what do I do?

Eating healthy and in moderation and taking a multi-vitamin helped me to lose 50 lbs in about 1 year. It was slow but it was healthy and I know the weight will stay off. You don't realize how much your body needs until you start putting a lot of good things into it and taking out all the bad
