I am 6 weeks pregnant with our 2nd child..but this pregnancy feels diffeent to me, I am more fatigued, hungry, etc.....but I have no morning sickness, nausea etc.....I have read that with twins you would have morning sickness? has anyone found this to be true? I have 3 uncles who are triplets on my mothers side, and no one has since has twins or triplets, I am hoping its not really me, I could do twins maybe.....anyway, anyone experienceing certain type symptoms? I don't go for my ultrasound till March so I have a ways to wait. I just have a weird feeling with this one.......

There are no real twin symptoms, just pregnancy ones. With my twins, I gained the least amount of weight, was not as sick as with my singleton, was just as tired but not more or less and was measuring on target my first trimester. Sorry to say that an u/s is the only way you are going to find out.

I had no unusual symptoms. I had no morning sickness and the only reason I knew I was having twins early on was because the ultrasound showed two babies. Early on I don't think there's much difference between a twin pregnancy and a singleton. Things start to get different in the second trimester.

I was horribly sick with my twins, but since they are my first and only so far I have nothing to compare the sickness to. I would vomit at least twice a day for the first 15 weeks. (Well from week 6 onward). It was in my second tri that I started to grow quickly.

Oh yeah. If the triplets on your mother side were fraternal (or 2 identical and 1 fraternal) then you do have a greater chance. Identical twins are not hereditary.
