Clomid And Twins Confused

It seems to me the chances are higher than 10% by everyones response to if Clomid increases chance of having twins?I am on Clomid and have been monitored and have one split egg and one normal and am dying for twins! How do I increase chances of the twins happening rather than one?I guess it is up to higher powers in the end.
