I am almost 9 weeks pregnant and am thinking that I am carrying twins. I want to know asap. I swear that I am showing like I am four months along! I am short and stocky to start with but am already in maternity clothes! Twins run on my husbands side. I have only had one appointment so I have not gotten blood test results back and my next appointment isn't until the end of September. If you were me, would you call your doctor and ask for test results and an ultra sound now or wait until the next appointment? Could I be having twins?

Does your Dr. routinely do early ultrasounds? Mine does them on everyone who comes in for their first appt., so we found out at 8 weeks that we were expecting twins. I would call the office and explain your concerns and see what your OB has to say. Maybe the test results will indicate one way or another. Good luck and congrats on your pregnancy.
