Anyone out there have twins from IVF?? I may have to do IVF next month and was just curious!

Hey Stash - thanks so much for answering my post!! Was this your 1st IVF cycle?? This month will be my first IVF - we have unexplained!!! How many embryos did they transfer! Cognrats to you on your baby twins - are you going to find out the s_x??

Hi cmelissa, sorry my computer has been down. We did try about 10 years ago with no luck but this time it took on the 1st ivf cycle. We had 2 embryos tansfered and both took!!! We were sooo surprised, what a shock. I still feel like it's a dream. We are going to find out the s_x of the babies next month I can't wait! Good luck to you. The chances are alot better now then they were 10 years ago, they have progressed so much. Hang in there, it's worth it.

Not to scare anyone, but my cousin had quads 2 years ago doing IVF. Of course, they were premies, but her and babies are doing fine.

Also, a friend of mine had IVF last year and she had 1, healthy baby. I think it depends on how many eggs you start with.

Thanks guys for the feedback! I had my ER on Thursday and i'm having the transfer on Tuesday -they are putting in 2 embryos! I have unexplained!! I pray this works! Stash congrats on your 2 miracles!!! Ginger thanks for sharing those success stories as well!!
