NOTSURE - June 30

Hi, I just need an outlet for my crazy suspicions. I am pregnant and due at the end of Dec. At 9 1/2 weeks I started to feel movemnt on my left side as soft tappings. OK, then the follwing week I felt tapping on the oppostie side of my uterus. Also my this time I could feel my uterus rising above my pubis bone because it was uncomforatble to sit forward. Anyway then one night in bed I felt two simultaneous kicks on either side more than 20 cm apart. My suspicions think it must be twins. Then it starts happening quite often. I went to doc at 11 weeks and she seems alarmed by the size of my uterus but says see what the OB says. OB says early movement does happen but not uncommon. And I am too scared to ask whether he thinks I have twins. Hubby said I should have asked them to move doppler to my left where I have had all my strongest movement because med student found heartbeat low down on right side. And no hearbeat dead centre but I could'nt get the courage to say can you please check the left side. Hubby is deperate to know and now I am too scared to find out either way. Ultrasound booked in another 4 weeks so no more info till then. I really needed to get this off my chest as I feel like a real 'nutter'. I have had dreams of having fraternal twins this pregnancy but I just don't know. Morning sickness has been autrocious as well as tiredness and I have had a brown discharge at 10 weeks. Well I dont know????

You should've asked while you were having the doppler done. I'm not sure if you would feel the baby that soon. When I was PG with my son, the very first signs of movement from him didn't feel like kicks. It felt more like little twinges, kinda like a b___terfly. At 9 1/2 weeks the babies are very small still, but you could have two in there. I'd get checked out again. Good luck.
