I've done 9 rounds of Clomid and took my last in April. No luck. Then all of a sudden I find out 2 weeks ago that I'm pregnant!! I'm so happy but totally baffled as to why after 2 months off the drugs would it suddenly happen?? I'm very very glad it did though. I'm now just starting my 6th week and I'm super big and haven't gained any weight. Just seems my belly poped. I'm super sick. This is going to be child #2 and I virtually had no symptoms with baby #1. This time I'm super sick and so darn tired I don't know how to function!! Does anyone know if there is a possibility of multiples 2 months after last clomid round?? Just curious since everyone keeps saying we're gonna' have them. i go for an ultrasound next week so I'll know for sure then but I'd like to know what everyone elses experience is. Thanks!

Hi Jokat.....I had a co-worker that took clomid for 3 months and didn't get pg while on it. Two months later she was pg with twins. They're now 2 1/2 years old and are fraternal. One is blonde and blue eyed, the other has brown hair/eyes. Her ob said the clomid was probably still in her system. Congrats and good luck with your pregnancy.

Thanks for your story! It's nice to know there are others out there who have had the same experiences! I'll keep you posted on what I find out next week at the ultrasound! Wish me luck! Thanks!

Congrats!!! Dont know about the clomid for sure, but it obviously jump started your system. As for the morning sickness and belly popping - it is too early for you to be "showing" if you are indeed 6 weeks - could you be further along??? What you are probably experiencing is bloating or ga__siness. MS is not an indication of multiples.

Thanks, and no I'm definately only 6 weeks. I am very attuned to when I ovulate each month and so I know the exact day. I am a bit bloated but not any more than I am with AF. I'm slightly overweight to begin with so I find it strange that I'm popping out like I am. And let me remind you all that I have a 4 yr. old son and I was this weight when I got preg. with him and didn't start showing till almost 4 months. I know you tend to show sooner with second and thrids but I didn't expect to not fit into my clothes already! And I haven't gained any weight yet. I'm not ga__sy and I'm as regular as clockwork when it comes to the bathroom so I'm having a hard time explaining the sudden belly. Anyways, all your info is great so thanks.

Well, have an older daughter and triplets. Did not get a belly w/the triplets until I was about 17 weeks.
