Twins And Single Seperate Sac Pregnancy

Hi there,
I'm just wondering if anyone has had this happen to them. I had an ultrasound today, which shows 3 sacs, 2 joined and one on it's own. All around 5 weeks, so too early to tell if viable, but has this happened to anyone else? Anything you could tell me would be appreciated!
