Everyone is different, but I never had that problem. Clomid is known for more hot flashes, mood swings, etc. I think that 4 dpo is extremely early to be having any pregnancy symptoms, but again everyone is different.

I took clomid last month and I started having sore nipples 2 dpo. I am now 4 1/2 weeks pregnant. Good luck,

hi. With my first pregnancy, I had sore nipples starting 5 or six days past o...then I missed AF....then my b___bs grew about about 1 1/2 cups sizes....those were my first signs! But,,,,triplet mom is right....evveryone is different . my best friend's first sign of pregnancy was when she started to show!

With both my clomid pregnancies, I experience sore nipples first, then my b___sts got larger. I experienced this all before I tested positive at 9 dpo.

Thanks Melissa. Just out of curiosity, since you tested positive fairly early (9dpo) and had early pregnancy symptoms, did you end up having more than one baby?

i just O'd on my first round of clomid a few days ago...today i am 5dpo. i started having sore nipples and also a ton of creamy, white discharge. i dont know what is normal for me because i was so irregular before...are these good signs?

I have the same thing-white creamy discharge along with sore nipples and I don't know if this is all normal or what. This was my first round of clomid also. I guess we will have to wait and see.

First one was a singleton and the last one was a set of twins. They are now 4 mo. old and my oldest is turning 3 next month. Good luck TTC. I know the waiting game is hard and emotional. It took 2 years for our first.

Same with my wife. 1st round of clomid and she has had very sore nipples/b___sts since ovulation 7days ago. The last few days she's had tons of the lotion-like, creamy white discharge. She showed me last night and I couldn't believe how much. So, could this be a s/e of the clomid?

Hey I am in the same situation.... First round of clomid 50mg days 5-9. It is around 2-3 DPO and nipples are really sore. Hopefully this means something.. but I'm sure its too early to be having signs.

i started getting crampy 10 days after my period, and it has not stopped it has come and gone. then less then a week after that my nipples hurt and were erect for no reason, im hoping that its pregnancy sign but i wont know till i test on monday!!!! :( PRAY!!! BABY DUST...lol!!

oh and i used 50mg clomid from days 5-9....any ideas of what it possibly could mean?? lol
