Hello I am new to this forum but I have been reading through the post and this forum seems like a great support system. Here is my story . I am a mom of 3 beautiful boys and a precious little girl. My boys are 12,8,5 and my daughter is 3. I thought my family was complete after I got my daughter but I found out I was pregnant again in 2010. I was really shocked because I had not had a period in a year but it was love at first sight when I seen my baby's heart beat on the ultrasound. Sadly my son's heart stopped at 23 weeks and I had to be induced and deliver my stillborn son in Jan.of 2011. Every since then I just felt empty and really wanted to try for one more to complete my family. After my son's birth my period has been all over the place again I can go months without one. I finally decided to go to my ob for help to concieve again in April of this year First I was started on provera for 10 days and clomid 50 mg for days 5-9. My doctor wanted me to take the clomid while taking the provera so I would start my period the next cycle on my own. So it worked and I started my period without the provera on May 30 and I started taking the clomid on day 3-7 so now I am in the waiting part of the game CD 21 and I have to say the waiting part goes by so slow. Sorry for the long post and thanks for letting me share my story. Good luck to all you ladies and lots of baby dust to all

I am cycle day 29... I took clomid days 5-9 and for the last few days have been feeling very weird... cramps come and go and my nipples are seriously weird looking and weird feeling! I saw my doc yesterday and she told me i def ovulatated... I knew I did as I had sever ovarian discomfort. Something inside me is telling me I am pregnant... nothing would make me happier... anyone having or had the same type of syptoms?

Thank you miraclebebes! I do miss the forum on there, but I know I can keep up here.
As for the ladies ttc, don't give up! It took us two years and 5 rounds of clomid, first three on 50 mg and the last two on 100mg to conceive! We saw the babies heartbeat yesterday for the first time! They are estimating me to be about 7 weeks and 6 days along! How exciting?! Your time isn't far off.
I had to go through a dye test, which is not fun or comfortable in the least bit, but it did confirm we had no blockage. I was on provera for four rounds just to keep af coming. And after two months on metformin and still doing clomid, I ovulated on mother's day (May 18) and literally the following week I got a faint positive line - the rest is history. Here's to a hh9m!
BABY DUST AND GOOD LUCKS MOMS TO BE!

Thank you all for your warm wishes. Dani_Enn when do you plan on testing. Since this is really my first round on clomid ( unless you count my first son I concieved him on clomid but that was over 12 years ago) what cycle date should you start testing? I am cycle date 22 today

waitingandpraying my specialist told me to test od cycle day 35, that's if no period has come by then. Clomid can sometimes cause late ovulation and hence cause a late period. The waiting can really get to you but trying to stay positive is the key! :) it is also my first round on clomid... i told her 2 days ago when I went and saw her that I was having some period-like cramping and she said it could also be signs of pregnancy... it's very frustrating that the two have very similar symptoms! All we can do is hope :)

Hi ladies, how is everyone? I am fine. Went to the doctor Wednesday and I had a virginal ultrasound/dye and they say know blockage at the entering of my tubes. When I had the HSG/dye test done they saw my right tube was blocked and I had what looked like a growth on the other one, but when I had the test on Wednesday they saw nothing there…He said that it could have been air in the line of the dye that cause the thing to show as what they thought was blockages…. I would like to say thank you to everyone who was praying for me because the prayers helped because GOD answered them. My doctor also said I don’t have PCO/ PCO’s. The only thing is I’m not ovulating every month own my own. So he put me on 50mg of clomid days 3-7 of cycle. He is going to monitor me closely. While taking these pills to see how everything is going so he say where twins run in my family I have 1 in 5 change of having twins again. I have some bad news about my husband he got news yesterday night around 10pm that he will be deployed again for 12mths he will be leaving in January I am so stressed out today. He will be going either to South Africa or Iraq. They are splitting his unit up and sending half to South Africa and the other half to Iraq. I called my doctor this morning and his treatment plan for us has changed he is going to do 1 round of 50mg, 100mg, 150mg, and 200mg if that don’t work we are having the IVF done in NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, and JANURARY…… and my husband will store some s____n so we can continue to do what it takes to get pregnant. So I hope to be pregnant before he leaves. Please everyone continue to keep us in your prayers. Thank you all???????

Jessica that is great news about your ultrasound. You are right the power of prayer is amazing. Sorry to hear about your husbands deployment. I know it must be hard but I wish you the best and hope that clomid works the first round and your husband will have a baby waiting on him when he returns. Best of luck and praying for you.

Peef I am praying for the three of you. I hope God gives your husband and you the strength to endure all of this. I know what it is to see someone so close go through something like this and it is not easy to see them suffer... Just keep doing what you are doing and you will come on the other end stronger.

This might sound a lil gross but I need some opinions. My Dr. put me on Prenatal pills and when ever I go # 2 it's very dark. Has anyone else experienced this?
