AFM waiting for next cycle to start to do some additional tests and starting IVF ICSI the following cycle... I have not found such caring! loving group of ladies as these so since I started my journey with clomid in April I figure I still belong :)
Sending all the new ladies lots of baby dust and sticky BFP!

hi ladies hope you are all keeping well :)
I have a quick question that I am hoping ye may be able to help me with .... have seen online about women taking soy isoflavones and grapefruit juice while on clomid do these help or have any of you tried this combination ??? any advice or information you may have would be greatly appreciated ( I am on cd 10 took 50mg clomid cd 2-6 also take pregnacare conception daily and calcium supplements also )

Miraclebebes, I like Mackenzie and Savannah. I am in a little stand still. Waiting for af to come so I can start my next cycle. My last cycle, I had a 4cm cyst on my right ovary and had to lose this cycle. Its ok because I changed doctors and really love this new place. I'm also going to do injections instead of clomid, as it was really not working out for me. Also we will be doing iui back to back to make sure me catch the egg.
Waitingandpraying, I'm so sorry about your loss, that is terrible. I'm keeping you in my preayers, ad hope you get a bfp soon.
DanniEnn, good luck! I hope those are signs of a bfp and not af.
Jessica, I am glad your sono came out good, but I'm soo sorry your dh is being deployed. My husband and I want to thank him for serving our country and protecting our people. We have the highest respect for military men and women. My dh served in the Israeli military, and the US and Israel go hand in hand. I pray for his safe return home, and fr your bfp before his deployment.
Wkd, the wait is very long but hang in there. I heard grapefruit is not good to have while on clomid. Iso flavonoids work very similary to clomid, and I think you might waNt to do some careful research first, and I read it can cause cycts.

Livy83- Yes prenatal can cause the color of your stool to change colors because of the iron in them but I would call your dr. or pharmacy and see for sure but I’m almost positive that’s what causes it good luck
Waitingandpraying- Thank you so much, god answered my prayers I know he did I also had a dream the other night that I was hold twins in my arms a boy and girl twins it seemed so really I hope that’s a great sign I think that is god telling me I will be pregnant soon…. Hopeful86 - the information I am coming across online is so mixed that I think I will abandon any notions I had of adding anything else to the clomid and pregnacare, I took a sip of the grapefruit juice and omg that stuff is nasty lol thanks for your advice and best of luck to you next cycle I hope the new doctor works out for you and is your lucky charm x
so its 2:16am here in the land of the leprechauns and I am wide awake even though I had an early start and was sooo tired all day !!! go figure lol
I am now cd12 and have just noticed some ewcm when I used the toilet ( sorry tmi I know) also I have been having some cramps and backache yesterday and today also, I haven't been doing opk testing or temping so I won't know for sure if I have O'd this month until cd21 bloods but thinking and hoping that I have and hopefully maybe even get my BFP :)

Hello everyone, thank God for this forum. My husband and I have been trying for two years. I was put on 2000mg metformin but didn't have any effect. am going back to the doctor's on Wednesday and would ask for chlomid. The journey has been very sad and depressing but I thank God for my life. Sometimes, I lose faith and ask God why? sometimes, I just cry. My husband is so amazing with kids and it hurts me that he's not a daddy yet.

I know How you feel We've been trying for a year and a half. I've been on 1000mg of metformin and my dr just put me on clomid i will take my first round in a week! Don't give up faith.

Livy don't give up, it took us two years! And after 1500mg metformin and two rounds of 100mg clomid we conceived! Chin up and baby dust!
Jessica, Sorry about dh possibly being deployed, but hopefully you make that baby first! BABY DUST AND LOTS OF LOVE YOUR WAY.
Miracletwins, just keep faith and remember it all happens in due time - sometimes we just need to push it along! =}

as for myself, i am on cd 14 and omg the days are draggin !!!!
i think i 0'd cd 11 because i had lots of pressure and cramping it went away after two days and now its back again, i have also been getting headaches and hot flushes ..... on the plus side i am not as emotional :)) i was cryin for no reason all the time it was crazy
i rang my dr today to book an appointment for cd 21 bloods
really hopin that af stays away and i get a ma__sive BFP :)

hi ladies
well the cramping I had got real bad!!! I went to the out of hours doctor and now I am in hospital having some bloods done have to spend the night and have some u/s tomorrow ..... hope it's just some real bad ovulation pain and nothing worse ( will be slightly shocked if ovulation can be this painful eeekk!!!!

hi ladies.
Hopeful86 - i am home from hospital and the good news is that it is not a ruptured cyst like they first feared. all my blood work and ultra sounds came back normal (was told by the ultra sound tech that my lining was a little thick but she did nt say what the measurement was) so they think that it was Mittelschmerz (Mittelschmerz is one-sided, lower abdominal pain that occurs in women at or around the time of an egg is released from the ovaries (ovulation).
thankfully the severe pain subsided to some bad cramping and that has now eased also. i am really hoping that i did ovulate and will get my BFP but for the past few days i just have a real bad feeling that it is going to be another BFN and am feeling very deflated that i may never get my BFP
also tonight i felt some really weird quick flutters in my lower abdomen right down near my bikini line so of course i obsessed and googled it straight away, there was not much info that i could find but the bit i did was mostly from women that also felt this fluttering after ovulation and reported that it was a sign that af was on her way :( so now i am even more deflated
at the begining of the month i was so happy to be starting clomid for the first time and had read so many success stories etc i had a real strong feeling and even a dream or two that it worked and i got my BFP and that it was twins :)) .... now i am thinking it will never work ......... i am very irrational and low lately i need to snap out of it big time
when i was in the hospital i was in a ward with women who were all pregnant, while i am so happy for all the women that finally grabbed hold of some sticky baby dust its hard to not be a little sad that its not me
anyway thats my rant over sorry for the long post
i hope each and every one of you are all keeping well and have some BFP's to share with us

Wkd, I'm so glad that it was nothing serious. At least you know you ovulated : ) I know that it came be very tough, but keep on going. You will get your miracle one day, we all will. I know how frustrating it is..I hae been ttc for a yar now, did about 6 rounds of clomid, and now with a change of doctors, I'm also getting a change in treatment. I broke dow quite a few times, but I hve always been able to snap out of it. Its very hard, but you can do it. Keep the faith and know everything will work out.

Update ladies. well today is cycle day 31 for me my first round of clomid 50mg and thank god I got my BFP today. I had a negative Tuesday and just new I was out and today I got five postives. Good luck to all and baby dust
