I got my results back and after taking the Provera and clomid for the first time I didn't ovulate: ( my heart was broken. My friend told me to give it another try, I was about to give up. Now my doctor has be taking 50mg of Clomid 2x a day for 10 days instead of 5 for 5 days.

Since. I started taking the clomid I have seen that my att_tude and emotions are getting the best of me. My husband doesn't like the att_tude change, and can't wait for this to be over.

Day 3 of Clomid. Side effects are: moodiness and some cry over stupid things.

Good Morning Ladies. Well the IUI went wonderfully on Friday! The Dr. was very impressed with everything so now the 2 week wait continues. I started feeling ovulation pains on Friday night and woke up about 2am to go to the rr and they were in full swing. The Dr. said b/c of the amount of eggs I had they would be a little more painful this time around, he was right and it lasted a while. He said we could test 12 days after ovidrel so that makes it next Tuesday even though my period isn't due until Thursday. So Excited! Seb - So glad you're on to the bd, I'm sure DH loves this part. :) When will you O and will do you get to test? I pray you get your Christmas Miracle. Jess26 - Welcome to the site, are you done taking your dose and will you be monitored? I took it days 5-9 and had great follicles each time. No pregnancy but great follicles. mrs.robinson - That is a different regime than I've heard of but I pray it works for you! Sometimes your body needs that extra boost. Hang in there, the moodiness will subside soon. How are you feeling? ttcasimonsbaby - how are your side effects coming along? I hope better, today should be your last day right?

Good morning! argomez, it seems like you and I are exactly in the same schedule! I ovulated Friday, and since Thursday the pain was really bad- Pressure and cramps in my lower abdomen, and shooting pains in the ovaries. I had a positive OPK on Wednesday and Thursday evening. On Saturday night I started prometrium, and I'm supposed to take it until my period comes, which is also supposed to be next thurday the 29! arghhh... this 2 WW are the worse. Hopefully this is our month ;) Good luck to everyone! Love and ligth,

HEY LADIES, IVE STARTED MY FIRST DAY OF CLOMID LAST NIGHT, I HAVE YET TO EXPERIENCE ANY SIDE EFFECTS THNK GOD!...I HAVE GON THREW ALOT OF TEST...HSG, I HAD TESTED POSTIVE FOR MILD ENDRO. I WAS TREATED FOR IT AND HAD ANOTHER BIOPSY DONE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF. IHAD SUM BLOOD WORK DONE ON THE 14TH AND SHE CONFIRM THAT I WASNT O ON MY OWN, SO FROM THERE SHE STARTED ME ON CLOMID THIS WEEK. AND I GO FOR AN U/S ON THE 28TH TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS...SOOOOO NERVOUS AND EXCITED AT THE SAME TIME

Yesi - YAY! We are cycle buddies. I asked my Dr. about progesterone levels and he said that he wasn't too worried about it b/c of all the injections. I pray this is it for all of us! :) And yes, the 2ww is terrible, I pray with the busyness of Thanksgiving it will fly by. We are having family in so that will help. tobemommy - I know exactly how you feel. Can't wait to hear great news from you. Are you being monitored?

Good morning ladies how have you been i read ur post everyday 2 all those that dont no me i im Keidra 23 have pcos yuck:( i got my BFP in Nov 2010 had a mc at 6 weeks took a break went bck on metformin clomid and got a BFP in April 2012 had another miscariage at 22 weeks so here i am on CD 10 second cycle of clomid took it 3-7. Dreamt last night that i conceived this round with twins. And the strange thing about this is that in March i dreamt that i was pregnant with a boy and that is exactly wat i was having........ Happy thoughts God doesnt give us more than we can bear Positive thinking 4 this cycle.....

argomez1030---the dr. i have is awesome..and she has really been keeping me on top of things so im sure she will be keeping her eye on things, i took clomid for the first time last night...no side effect yet...i go for u/s on the 28th keidrs--- did u concieve ur first time on clomid?

Good morning my friends......CD34 now and waiting on AF to rear her ugly face. This is my 4th cycle on Clomid (150mg, this cycle)and am quite convienced I didnt take. boooo! But good news is I have my first appointment with RE Friday morning! It went really well and I absolutely love her. She was very informative and seems positive. She switched my metformin to glumetza, added a thyroid medicine for my cholesterol actually AND have me my first round of Femara. I've very excited to start my first cycle with Femara and praying for fewer side effects. I had killer headaches on the clomid. She did confirm I ovulated on the last round of clomid but it was not until CD25 so not hopefull that it was viable. Ultrsound shows everything is in good order! yeppy! Another step closer. Argomez- So glad everything went wonderfully for you! And I do hope the 2WW flies for you! Cant wait for the good news...will send lots of prayers! Keidra- So sorry to hear about your losses. You are right though, what I say is got has complemented me because he had faith enough to know I could handle things. Sending prayers you way. Yes today was my last day and let me tell you yesterday was horrible. I went from being happy to I could kill you to crying all in 5 minutes. The sad thing was I was at work. Thankfully I'm off work today. Can anyone explain the ovulation kit to me. When should I start testing. Today was my last day of clomid.

keidra - your post made me smile, you are absolutely right; God never gives us more than we can handle and to hear your faith and positive att_tude after all you've been through is very moving. I cannot WAIT to hear a great miracle story from you! tobemommy - That's awesome you aren't having side effects. Clomid never really gave me sideeffects either except the day of ovulation. I'd get super nauseous. Can't wait to hear how your ultrasound goes. :) myjournie - SO glad your appt with RE went great. It's a whole different ballpark and it's like they instantly jump on things that you almost just feel a calmness or something. ttcasimonsbaby - your post made me chuckle. I know what you mean about being super moody. DH says he is very patient with me during these meds b/c he knows even a dirty dish can make me cry, lol. It's ridiculous! lol. I was always advised to start testing for ovulation on day 12 w/ the second urine of the day and I always used the clearblue digital ones since they are so easy to read. Smiley face if it's positive, no face (just a circle) if it's negative. They are much cheaper on amazon as well and some of them come with a pregnancy test. You should check it out. Just wanted to let you ladies know I am off for my holiday and I probably won't be posting till Monday but you ladies have a blessed and safe Thanksgiving! Hey everyone, welcome new ladies, this site is awesome for support and just to have an understanding ear. Argomez: Welcome back!!! I am so excited to see you're trying again and that things are looking good! I pray that next Tuesday you get the best news!! How awesome would that be just before Christmas!!! A little bit about myself: I'm 32, I have PCOS, I have a 5 month old son. We had been trying for 16 months before we conceived him. I had one MC in there at 4 weeks. I didn't ovulate for 10 of those 16 months. I didn't ovulate until my 3rd cycle of clomid, I was on 150mg of clomid accompanied with 1500mg of metformin. I did 4 rounds of clomid in total (my cycles were 35-50 days apart) Let me just say I would do it all over again, it's sooo worth it! Because I ended up having an emergency c-section we were told to not try and conceive again until he is 6 months old. But because I'm also waiting to get my tonsils out (totally unrelated issue) I have decided to wait until after that surgery. It kills me to wait because what if it takes a long time to conceive again. But at the same time gotta have faith that God knows what he's doing. I believe he allows more than we're able to handle to happen because it reminds us that we must rely on him and give him everything. We can't handle everything on our own we need him! I pray that you all get your BFP quickly, there have been so many success stories from this site and I can't wait to hear more!!

Hey there, lovelies! I took a few days off on posting. I had to get myself together after AF showed up on Friday. But I'm back in much better spirits & brand new hope! I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend. Welp, as I said, AF showed up on Friday. I started my 2nd round of Clomid yesterday. I hope I get lucky w/ no side effects like last month! I called my doc's offc & they scheduled me to come in for my U/S on the 27th. I'm praying that all goes well & she gives me good news. argomez - I just love your spirit. You just don't know how much you inspire me. I pray that this will be your BFP month! keidra - My heart goes out to you. I'm so sorry for your loss. But I do pray that God blesses you with a miracle. I started pursuing fertility a__sistance after TTC 15 years in February. I had to put it on hold for a few months but finally after getting everything settled, we got started. I took 100mg Clomid for days 3-9. U/S showed 1 Follie measuring 21 and 2 measuring 23. They gave me my HcG trigger shot after the U/S (3 days ago) and I've been cramping since. Not to sound stupid but will the cramping continue after ovulation? I'm just confused if ovulation didn't occur yet or if it is the residual effects from the ovulation. Thanks, ladies!
