Well, I got a little more hope today. Today I will start the Provera and take it for 12 days. Then, I will start the Clomid and take it on days 5-9. My doctor called me this morning and said he would let me try the 100 mg!!! I am so excited and hope it works! Any advice? I am going to try the Robitussin for a week after Clomid? Is that right?

nicole1980 it sound like it is possible you could be preg. How far past ov are you? Make sure you don't take a urine test too soon it may give you a false negative. Good luck to ya! WOW! You produce a lot of eggs. Good for you that gives you alot better chance of concieving. As for me I think my AF is officially here. I want be sure until tomorrow I have been having on and off dark red AF with brown mix in for about 5 days. Today so far There been no brown and a signaficant amount of AF. Now I am debating on going to the doc Mon. or not since AF showed up. Good Luck ladies.

Hi Elwood, Are your sure your not preg. Is day CD 35 normal for you to start AF? I was just asking because if it is your normal day to start and you haven't started, there could be some chance of you being preg. Or did you have a preg test to make sure your not preg before starting Provera again? Well......... If your not preg I am glad to hear that your doc up the dosage for you that is exciting news. So far as the Robitussin make sure you take only the PLAIN robitussin! You are suppposed to take 2 teaspoon 3x a day. Most doctors suggest taking Robitussin five days before and including the day of ovulation for a total of 6 days during your cycle. I am not giving blind advice I just looked it up on the net. I am trying evening primrose capsules this month it is supposed to increase cerivcal muscous to help sperm swim easier to the cervix and uterus and it may help them live up to 5 days once inside. geewife1- I am supposed to take a home pregnancy test today to make sure that I am not pregnant before I start the Provera. My period has always been irregular. When I was younger I would never know when I was supposed to start and sometimes still never do! Its hard and thats why its so hard for me to figure out when I am ovulating and so forth! Thanks for all your help. I am excited about the dosage increasing on the Clomid maybe that will better my chances!

Geewife- This is gross but it is almost like I wet myself and I went to the bathroom and it is milky stuff? I hope this is it-my chances are good with 4 focciles so we will see I guess. I want to invent a pregnancy test you can take 48hours after you DTD!

Elwood I am going thru the exact same thing. I never knew when I was going to start or even if I would start at all. I went 6 month when I was about 16 with no AF. I have a question. I wonder if I ovulated this month seeing how my AF is trying toshow up. I read in Meg forum that if you did't ovulate your period would't came on while your on clomid. If my Af is officially here today, today will make cd 40. As I stated earlier I wonder was it a side effect of the provera( starting a lil later than a normal cd of 28- 35) did you ever have any of these side effects in pevious months using provera elwood? I don't think I am going to start fresh this month. My doc. wants me to skip next month usage and she still wants me to come in monday. I explained to her how my cycle has been acting up this month so I don't know if she wants to do more blood work or not this is kind of depressing. I let you all know what happens monday.

Hi ladies, hope eveyone is having a good weekend! I have a question for you all....I'm not sure if this question will make sense, or if it is even possible! I took Clomid days 3-7 this cycle. I'm currently on CD13, & I go tomorrow morning for my trigger shot. Last month I did the shot on CD13 & my follicle(s)? were measuring 22mm, which I know means I was about to O. My question is, since I am doing the shot one day later (they are closed on Sunday), there is a chance that I may O before the shot. What if, at the time of Oing, I have several follicles that are immature (16mm-19mm for example) & do not release on their own, & then I go tomorrow for my shot, will that make those immature follicles continue to grow & then release 36 hours later? In essence, is it possible to ovulate two times in one cycle while doing Clomid & hcg shot? Any help would be great!! Thanks!

Hi Meg ~ My ultrasound tech told me that when you ovulate, your body releases a hormone that prevents the other eggs from releasing, causing them to dissipate. Obviously, it doesn't always work since some women have multiples, but I think it is the general rule. Keep busy this weekend :) Best of luck!! Let us know what the Dr. says about that on Monday!

Okay, I am starting to think it may a good idea to go to the doc tomorrow. Well..... There is that light brown again. I only had 1 to 1 1/2 day of bleeding. It wasn't that heavy it was just enough to get on a pad. Now it is back to it's light brown stage only when I wipe. This sucks. I thought AF was officially here but I guess it tricked me. I can't wait to see what my doc has to say to what is causing this. G/L everyone

I have a question it maybe dumb but what is a trigger shot? And how do u know how many follicles you have?

LADYSHEP, A Trigger shot, is an HCG Shot that causes woman to ovulate and release an egg or multiple eggs if you have them. The only way to know how many follicles you have and their size is through a v____al ultrasound.
