Thanks Kimmer23 & Rowan. I am feeling much much better today, more positive thinking :) Hoping1 & Bul, I still haven't hear from Cheri yet, kinda diappointing. She said she would work on mine on Tue. Meg, how long did it take Cheri to reply you? Hoping1, go onto her website to check it out and email her. It is not expensive at all, only $7. Her website is: cheri22DOTcom

Baby Dust All!!!

cj1 - October 19

Hi Teddyfinch, me and DH have been ttc for 4½ years now - I am now on my 3rd month of clomid - i a__sume i wasn't ovulating - but now i definitely am. With my progesterone levels being 190 last month (and i was in loads of pain when i ovulated- like i was majorly constipated!) DH told me he was gonna put straw in the shed for me to sit on my eggs. He reckons they must be the size of chicken eggs!! I might not be pregnant yet, but to me clomid does work coz it got me ovulating!! So good luck and babydust to you (and everyone else!!)

Well ladies, AF came this morning. Ironically enough I stopped and picked up more preg. tests last night, ready to take one this morning. I bet you can guess it was negative. I'm disappointed b/c I got my hopes up with my doc said I had high numbers. But, I refuse to let this get me down. At least I ovulated this month- so that in itself is something to celebrate. Our time will come ladies.... baby dust to all of you!

Lady shep I am so sorry. I can't imagine how your feeling. my thoughts and prayers will be with you in this devasting time. With you taking primrose oil, robitussing and a 100mg of clomid next month hopefully next month will bring you some joy. Try to stay positive

Ladyshep and Hoping1 - so sorry about this month! But, it is HUGE that you are 'o'ing - the clomid is working. I know - it's even harder after you get your hopes up. A couple of months ago, I had a faint + hpt after spotting 1-2 days and cramping, but then it went negative and af showed up 2 days later. I'm trying not to set myself up like that again, but it is SOOO hard not to test. To Teddyfinch - no one can really tell you how long your cycle wil be? How long were they before? I've heard rumors that clomid can help regulate you to a 28 day cycle, but I'm not sure that is true. And, I agree with the other posts - clomid should make you ovulate 5-10 days after you take the last pill. Like, I took clomid cd 3-7, and bd cd 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16 (and today is cd 17). Meg, I also know that is more than probably necessary, but I don't want to miss out either. If you use an opk or temp charting, it could help pinpoint the day. I didn't - probably should of - but I will next month.

Thanks for all the encouraging words. I'm happy that I'm o. Now for the next step! :-). Kimmers, I haven't heard about with clomid your cycle is 28 days, but I can tell you that mine was 27 and I was on clomid, so there may be some logic to it. I am thinking hard about emailing Cheri, PL. I am a "want results right away" person, too. So I feel your frustration! Happy thoughts ladies!

LADYSHEP - October 19

Thanks for the support ladies. Next month should be me and the dh month. As for what cd i dont know i know today would have been 5 weeks and 3 days pregnont. I guessi shiould wait next month to start the meds over. Any one has suggestions. I am on my last pill of progesterone but i have not completed the miscariage.

Rowan - October 19

Ladyshep I hope you are doing ok...I lost a baby at 3mths & it hurts! I'm sorry.

Teddyfinch - October 19

Ladyshep I'm so sorry. I can't imagine what that feels like. As for the other ladies giving advice: Before my D&C I was at 28-30 day cycles so it was my dream period back from when I was a scrawny kid! And it's like my doc wants me on exact monthly cycles, but she has me waiting the full month and then if AF doesn't show, she has me take the 10 days of progesterone, and then that's another almost 2 weeks, so it's forcing me onto a 45 day cycle. I'm hoping the Clomid brings on a period on it's own. I hate waiting the 10 days, then 2 to 5 days for AF to show. I'm not getting any ultrasounds or anything, all I'm on is Clomid so pretty much days 5-9 is when I take it and then cross my fingers I guess.

whtzup - October 19

Lady shep what cycle will u be takin clomid now. the first cycle i took 5-9, now i want to do 3-7. lets see what i can do ! take care.

Kimmer23 - October 19

I probably won't be on this weekend, but I hope everyone the best! Baby dust to you all!

LADYSHEP - October 19

whtzup I will be taking clomid 5-9. Teddyfinch we are taking the same meds. Did the doc tell u not to start your cd count until your af comes on?

Rowan - October 19

Have a good wknd Kimmer & all...happy baby making

Teddyfinch - October 19

Ladyshep: Yeah, my doc gave me progesterone to start AF cuz it's not coming on its own anymore and once it shows, I'm supposed to take the 5 days of 50mg Clomid on days 5-9. And I'm not even sure the progesterone is working that well either. The first time I took it I had a nice regular AF, but the second time, it was only semi-heavy the first day and then light after that. Of course, I was used to only having a period every 3-4 months so if it's not cripplingly heavy, I'm not used to it lol.
