anonlady: yeah the mucinex i was looking at only had guaifenesin as its active ingredient. i'm not sure it's the extended release though. i'm just hoping it doesn't make me drowsy because i drive my hubby every morning to work on a freeway and i don't need to be any sleepier than i am in the mornings lol.

Bul - I had the same thing last mth 2 days very heavy & gone & such bad cramping from O'ing on. I thought forsure I was pg. I think clomid plays a toll on you. Meg I hope you can see the heartbeat too! CJ glad to see you back girl. Thanks for the input sammommy - you are an inspiration to us all to keep pushing forward. Teddyfinch - keeping a diary is an awesome idea trust me you will look back at it. I have charts from my 1st pg 9 yrs ago. Welcome Neptune - don't be scared of twins be prepared in case it happens. Most of us are ready for whatever comes at this point. Geewife I just ordered my OPK's last wk hoping they will arrive today...A positive right on...you go girl. Question - is anyone here over 35? I have heard that the mid 30's increases risk of twins & so does number of preg. you've had? anyone heard this?

Rowan - I've definitely heard that the older you are, the higher the chance of twins. But, I didn't hear 35 as a magic #. And, I've never heard more pgs = more twins (although as you have more pgs, then I guess your chances just increase by being pg more). But, I've definitely heard that is you've had twins before, than you're chances are 1 in 4 in having them again. Teddyfinch - i won't be too far behind you. I have a few more days of the prometrium, and my af usually comes about 2 days later, so I can start again. and, PL - I love your optimism! Good luck to you and all of us ~ :)

One more ? - I really don't mean to press this, but I am having a hard time openning this thread on my computer - I takes like 3 minutes. It's just really long. So, if I start a new thread on this board, would you all comment on that one? I can call it "clomid success stories new" or whatever. We can make-up a new name... Just curious - wanted to ask before I did it. I just love talking to you all, so I don't want to not be able to!! thanks...

Rowan ~ I have heard that women over 30 have an increased chance of twins and that if a woman has twins in her family that her chances of having twins increases with each pregnancy. I don't know about women who don't have twins in their families though.......I'm 32 :)

Welcome Neptune! Best wishes to you! ?- is anyone taking this month off from clomid or have they ever? I am taking this month off and I am not sure how to figure out if I am ovulating. I am not getting eggwhite, but a lot of lotiony discharge. Today my temp spiked a little bit. Im on day 13 or 14, I can't remember off hand. Last time I ov on Day 18, but that was with clomid. I hate the not knowing. How reliable are these opk? ANd how expensive?

Hoping1 - the temp spike and EWCM is a good sigh. You can get some ovulation test strips for really cheap on earlypregnancytests.com. I don't know how good they work, but they claim to be effective, and they are expensive!

Bul I suppose your ovary will still grow follicles & just not have anywhere for them to go...that would explain the pain on that side. Sammommy - thanks for the info this will be my 5th pregnancy so we will see. Kimmer - yes I will totally go to the other site as this one takes me forever!!

i took my first round of clomid 50mg days 3-7 and i am taking gluchophage 100mg twice a day.. i have a 22 month old son I have been trying to get pregnant for 6mos. I had my period oct14 when should i be ovulating? help??? very depressing im new here ladies so hello to all and good luck!

Hey Everyone! Boy, I can't keep up with yall. There are constantly so many new threads lol. I went to the doctor today for a 21 day progesterone test to find out if I ovulated or not. I will find out the results tomorrow. Very nervous. I do not know what they next step will be if I did or if I didn't ovulate.
