Heres some info on triphasic patterns's. I will post more later have to go to the dentist. Some charts show a "triphasic pattern." A triphasic pattern is when your chart shows a second thermal shift, starting around 7-10 days past ovulation. Three or more higher temperatures that are sustained are needed before you can consider the pattern triphasic. Remember, not all triphasic pattern charts result in pregnancy. Likewise, you do not have to have triphasic temperatures to be pregnant. Your BBT is your fertility sign that relates to the hormone progesterone. This is the only sign that can confirm that ovulation actually happened, while all the other signs that you chart only tell you that ovulation may be approaching.

I get mine from Walmart and its $24 a month but I went to cvs to get it one time and they wanted to charge me $50 for it. I so know what you mean and how your feeling. I bet shes one of those that you look at her and she gets knocked up. I would wait till the morning take the test with your fist urine of the morning. Did she take blood to do a prego test on you yesterday? SoReady~~ Have you gotten and heard back from your bw? Mommy~~ Its all good I was feeling the same way didnt know if you thought I was being rude :)Taking temps suck cuz you put everything on them and watch them ever second for every dip and drop. I am on the last few days of this cycle. AFM~~ My temp drop down way down to 97.68 today. But I didnt O until cd 17 So it might still be a good thing I will know for tomorrow I guess.

Hey ladies I had my blood test done today and to my surprise my new doc said that she would give me the results this afternoon. I went back and guess what - NEGATIVE!!! I kinda figured that. So now I am waiting for AF. If she does arrive in a week then they will do another blood test. If that one is negative then I will start Provera again. Good Luck to everyone else!

Trying for #3- So, how important is charting your temps? It is one of the things that I have never done- I have just always used the test strips. SoReady- Sorry it didn’t happen this month. I hope it does this next one! At least your doctor didn’t make you wait for very long for the results. For me, not knowing is the worst part, because it is all I can think about. So, I started the clomid earlier today, and so far, no side effects. How long does it take for the side effects to show up? And I was reading somewhere that it is rare to get pregnant on your first round of clomid, and that it is usually the second round that is effective. Is that true? If I don’t expect to get pregnant this much, the letdown will be much easier than if I get my hopes up.

Tryingfor#3 - No he haven't had his sperm done yet because the RE have to do it and we have to pay out of pocket for that we wanted to have the hystercopy done first. You know what I have notice with my pee is that is that it isn't dark at all. I promise I will test with fmu only if my temp go up tomorrow. No she didn't do a hpt and I didn't even ask her. Actually I don't think she is that young. Hell she look my age she is an African Doctor she did tell me she delivery a baby to a lady this year at the age of 47 and 5 other ladies over the age of 40 so she is saying it can be done but she ain't giving me any help if you know what I mean. I wanted to go through her because my insurance would cover more. I will keep you posted. Krissy68

Krissy~~ I might be that she believes in conceving natually or not at all. If shes not giving you any rx to help after 3 years. You can get test to test his spirm at home I will find the site and link it to you. We didnt have money to do a blood test on my hubby when I was preggo with my son so we did a home one to find out if he was Rh+ or Rh-. I really do wish you get that baby soon. Girl is you take HPT do it in the morning your urine is better for it then. And the color of your pee doesnt matter :) mines never dark. M.O.P (mommytoprincesses its the way im typing your name from now on) It gives you more of a heads up then just strips alone. The test just shows you when it happened or might happen. Taking temps with some what give you a 24 to 48 hour window and you get a better sense of your body. But you watch your cm to right? Also check out the site Fertilityfriend.com or mymonthlycycles.com I like ff better it will chart all your signs and stuff and its a great help. I think it all depends on your system how fast it works or doesnt work.

Krissy68- I got my clomid from mexmeds4u. It was around $45 for 30 of the 50mg. I can’t believe your doctor is unwilling to help after 3 years. Mine said 2 years, but it was because he thinks ‘I have plenty of time.’ My insurance doesn’t cover a whole lot, so I haven’t gone through a lot of tests or anything. Tryingfor#3- I’m already on fertilityfriend and mymonthlycycle, but not with charting my temps. I have been paying attention to my cm, but it doesn’t seem to change as much as I think its supposed to. I usually have an overall lack of cm… so it really isn’t very helpful. So, I'm having some pretty painful cramping, which is to be expected, but i'm not quite sure if I can do the things I normally do. Is it okay to use a heating pad? I know men are supposed to avoid hot baths and such, but is that true for women too?

Hey girls here is my update which is really nothing. I am on cd28/14dpo and no I didn't test because my temp went way below the coverline this is the second time this cycle the first was on Monday 11dpo 98.12 and today 98.13 yesterday it was 98.21. I know fertility friend said AF will be here on Aug 7 and that I can take a hpt on Aug 8. I will keep you all updated. I have already prepared myself for her arrival. I even put on a panty liner today just so I wouldn't be caught out there if you know what I mean. Talk to you all soon. Krissy68

M.O.P~~ Heating pad should be fine. The only time the heat is an issue is if your prego. What do you mean about men and hot baths? My hubby takes a hot bath everynight. He says showers just dont get him as clean. Krissy~~ I wrote you back. Going to send you that link in a few min. Just got home so trying to get things done. AFM~~ CD28 dpo12. Took a test this morning got a bfn then the doctor did a test to bfn. She took blood to check my pregestone (sp to tired) to see if I really ovulated or not. Shes giving me another month of Clomid 150mg days 3-7 and if it doesnt work this month we are going to talk about the next step. But she said it could be to early and I could still be prego so we will see.

Hi all, I went to see the RE yesterday and had a good, but overwhelming appointment. She did a pelvic exam and a sonogram and said that everything looks good. My lining was at 8 and I had some very small follicles on both ovaries. She also took some bloodwork (FSH, LH, etc) and the results came back today and the nurse told me that my levels fall well within normal range. In short, here is the treatment plan- I started provera today. Once I get my period, I start taking birth control pills for one cycle. I go in for HSG b/w cd 6-10 and dh goes in for SA. Once I get my period with the birth control, I go in for baseline sonogram on cd2 and start taking follistim injections as per RE's instruction. She will monitor me until I get mature follicles (18mm), I will get a trigger shot. Based on dh's SA, might need IUI too. Sorry ladies for a long post. I myself was overwhelmed with the info and on top of that, the cost of all this until the end of 1st cycle, $4170, all of which we pay out of pocket!!! Anyways, I will keep you all updated along the way. Really hoping and praying this works the first time because we can't afford any cycles after this one.

Maya~~ So hope this works your first cycle. Thats a lot of money. But you have a game plan will be praying it works for you. AFM~~ Temps are still above cover line. But theres been spotting so I think af will show her stupid face this weekend which sucks cuz I am going to the lake. UGH oh well next month is a new cycle with a new game plan.

hi ladies new month, lets hope for some bfp's! krissie so sorry your appointment went like that. it was like that for me too when i was ttc with this baby. so frustrating, that's why i took u/p clomid. thank god it worked for me. afm 22 weeks, can't believe how this little boy is growing and kicking inside me! feels soo good, and reasuring. linda and ashley, where are you ladies? have been reading the posts, but noone is posting. schar, how are you keeping, take care of yourself. hugs esme
