Well my dr called me with my progesteron level and good news its a ......26.3. I was in shock I'm very happy with that so I did ovulate so maybe that explains my symptoms. I wonder which day I ovulated. I did bd the day before of and after I got my +opk so I hope that did it we will bd again today and on through I take a hpt or get blood work done.

Well I checked my cervix today and it was high soft and closed were as yesterday It was high soft and still sorta open. My nipples are very sensitive and my b___st have a cone shape. I'm still having feeling of a af coming and tingling below the belly b___ton. I'm waiting tohere from my Dr to tell me how many dpo I am. How are all the other ttc ladies.

I started taking Clomid again last night (CD3) following the birth of my little boy last November. I didn't get AF back until 2 months ago due to b___stfeeding and was advised to have one period before starting Clomid again. (obviously not b___stfeeding now) I don't get any side affects and last time it took 3 cycles to get BFP. I hope that it works again. I am supposed to O between 5-10 days after last tablet, so planning to do lots of BD again (sigh). Baby dust to all x.

So today is cd27ane I'm starting to have really bad af cramps. they started last night and have gotten worse. I have 5 or 6 days until my af and I normally only cramp right before. I'm 12dpo and I might test today or tomorrow but if I feel like af is coming then what's the point.

Hi I started my 5th cycle of clomid yesterday I really don't think it is going to work, if it hasn't worked the first 4 tries is there any shot that it will work the 5th or 6th cycle?

Honey Lee, dont despair -- a lot of people have said that their preganancy symptoms felt just like AF symptoms. Until you start AF you just cant know for sure, dont give up hope! Charger22, is your doctor upping your dose? Most people take 50mg for a few cycles then if it doesnt work they try 100mg then 150, up to 200. I am on day 3 of my first round of Clomid. I've read a lot of women on here get pregnant the first time! That would be great... but I've also read about a lot of m/c. Does anyone know the stats on miscarriage natural conception vs. Clomid conception???

Well I'm 14dpo and cd29 and my cramping is still going on I had some pinkish cm but no real bleeding. I checked my cervix and it was pretty hard to reach and it was soft and closed. Does anyone no what that means? I was going to take a preggo test but don't have the energy to. My nipples are dark brown and very sore and dark pink I'm the center. I how I'm pregnant so I don't need the iui.

Charger22: I can't believe your doctor is keeping you on the same dose for 6 months?!? If you arent ovulating on 100, you should go up to 150! At least thats what I've heard from every source I've seen. Right now I'm on CD12, 5 days after last Clomid pill, so I'm entering the BD stage right now. If I dont get an LH surge, and my temps dont go up, I'm going to do a Day 21 blood test for Progesterone to see if I Oed. If I didnt O, I'm demanding that my doc up me to 100! Anyway, looks like we are cycle buddies Charger! Do you know whether you have at least been ovulating these past 4 months on Clomid? Do you do OPKs/ BBT/ Checking cervical fluid or cervix/ Day 21 Progesterone tests? Keep me updated cycle buddy! Baby dust!!!!!

So I have 2 new prescriptions called estradiol 2mg, and prometrium 200mg. Prometrium is progesteron starting 3dpo at bed time and estradiol starting cd12 at bed time to help with dryness. Both of there are v____al suppositories so I wonder can we still bd with out them coming out. Has anyone else taken these before? I am to start OPKs on cd9 which is in a few days or so. well baby dust to all:)

Hi Honey Lee. My doc just gave me the same two prescriptions! Prometrium helps keep your lining nice and thick so the egg can implant and stick. I am not going to be able to take it though because I am allergic to peanuts and the capsule is filled with peanut oil! I dont want to take it anyway unless I'm certain I ovulated (by looking at temps and OPKs) because if you are taking Prometrium, its basically a progesterone supplement, so you cant have a day 21 blood test for progesterone levels to see if you ovulated. Your levels will be artificially high from the medication. Estradiol is a type of estrogen, and thats to help keep your cervical mucous thin. Clomid can cause it to dry up and thicken up. I am taking Mucinex instead (the plain kind, the only ingredient is guifenesin, which thins mucous.) It basically does the same thing, but its over the counter, which I prefer as safer, for some reason. The side effects list for Estradiol scared me! Anyway, please share your experiences with those medicines - I might decide to take them or something very similar, next cycle. Good luck!!!

Hi Todat is cd 15, whcih is O day, it would be great to get preggo on Friday the 13th, I usually have luck on that day, so maybe it will be the month, Pettifogger i ovulate on my own and never had any kind of problems other then not getting pregnant so I guess that is why I just had 6 months of the same dosage, I think I am on 100mg, the prescription said 50mg but i take 2 pills which each have 50 wrote on them so that would be 100mg right??

Hi all, well I'm new to all this, been posting on this site under a different thread (clomid success stories) all the ladies there are really nice and very helpful but also found this thread been reading all your posts and thought I would join. Well I'm 26 years old and me and my partner have been ttc for a 1 1/2 years but nothing and were so desperate for a baby. I started clomid for first time, currently on cd15, days 5-9. S/e have just been hot flushes which is good but today had alot of cramping especially on right side is this normal. I also see people are mentioning about their cm , I have had nothing so far and I'm beginning to think this is not right especially as ovulation was supposed to be days cd11-cd14??? Hi Kel, Its my first cycle of Clomid too and I didnt have egg white CM, only scant creamy CM -- but Ive NEVER had lots of CM as far as I remember. They say Clomid can dry up any CM that you do have, so I used pre-seed lubricant and took mucinex this cycle. i didnt notice more CM, but it can be up high where you cant detect it. I had only hot flashes and cramps on the right side too. From charting I now the cramps wer ovulation pains, and BD was well-timed, so I'm hopeful. Right now I'm 6 DPO, trying to wait to test until at least 8DPO, but I'm a POAS-aholic lol. If I'm not successful this cycle, I'm going to try a Clomid + IUI cycle next month -- that way CM doesnt even matter. Have you thought about trying an IUI?

Well my hubby left yesterday and i had my hcg shot the day before he left so im praying for a BFP. im cd14 and in my 2ww and 1dpo i think but I got my injection a day early so my follicles were at 16.4mm, 16mm and 15mm so they said if all goes to plan they will mature a little bit more and should be a ideal size by the time i ovulate.But if its not this month i get my iui next cycle. Hi all, pettifogger, thanks for your response, I'm glad it's nit just me then as I was starting to worry thinking maybe I haven't ovulated! I'm doing all this on my own as my gp has just given me the tablets and sort of told me to get on with it, I have no monitoring. Or anything (I live in the uk). I haven't used opk's as they stress me out so mostly just guessing! Although bd'd every other day until ovulation and then every day so I'm hoping my guessing works! As for iui I've never heard of it?? I haven't been to see a specialist so this is through my doctor. As for the cramping - this is still ongoing today, my abdomen is so tender and it hurts to walk. I wasn't sure if this was normal or too much bd'ing lol (sorry tmi). Do you have any children already? How long have u been ttc? I wish u lots of luck and let's hope this is our month.
