I had intercourse during my ovulation period but I am not sure yet if I am pregnant yet. Does alcohol affect your pregnancy during the first or second week of pregnancy?

There is always a possibility of course, but as far as I know it doesn't really affect it at all, I have had 3 kids and drank with all of them up until the point where I knew I was pregnant (about 4 weeks) and there has been no affects to them.

I think that you should be okay if the placenta isn't developed yet. Don't worry too much, there are a lot of women who had been drinking, found out they were pregnant, and stopped with no ill effects.
