I am pregnant with my third child and am 11 weeks today. It already feels like everything inside me has shifted upward to make room for the growing baby. I feel 'full' all the time and have been feeling like I cannot take a full breath (much like you feel when you are 8 months pregnant and the baby is pushing on your lungs!). I don't see my ob again for another 3 weeks!
