It hurts. This happens when your milk supply is coming in and your body is trying to establish how much milk your baby needs. Feed your baby frequently and release milk when b___sts are too full so you can stay comfotable and avoid mast_tis, an infection common with b___stfeeding.

It hurtslike hell and I found warm showers and/or warm compresses on my b___sts helped me alot, as crystal said watch for mast_tis. take care
