Happy Fat Tuesday girls! ••••• KRISTINE: I have no clue what that would be other than maybe your b___st was rubbing against your bra wrong. Have you gotten any Maternity Bras yet? They are way more comfy those last few months then a regular bra and you need them anyway to b___st feed once your little one is here. ••••• EJOLA: Sorry to read you are sick. I hate being miserable and having to work. Not a good combo. Are you now just doing formula or you still doing BF & Formula? •••••• AS for the weather... it snowed here Monday morning so everything was covered when we woke up. It was soooo pretty! But soon it will melt since the temp has gone up --- so I shall charish it for now, LOL!

I've just revived horrible news. One of my coworkers died in a car accident this morning. We only became friends a few months ago when she confided in me about having a m/c. Just last week, she told me she had another m/c. They say she was on her way to the doctor's when her car went off the highway. They think someone cut her off. I believe she was going to have her hcg levels checked as she told me last week. I am just sick over this. We made a connection that no one can understand (as you both know). She has a 13 year old but wanted another child with her current partner. I am just so sad..........

Kristine: I just read your post. That is sooo sad. I am so sorry to hear about your co-worker/friend. I got chills reading your post. If there is anything I can do please let me know. Don't let this get you too down... because you need to take care of yourself and your little one. Once again I am sorry. ~ Michele

I just feel so sad for her. I was hoping she'd carry a baby to term this year. You just never know what life may bring. I am doing fine though. I've got this little one to nurture for the next few weeks.

Hi girls --- Happy Monday! I have to tell you how my trip down to San Jose went.
<p>
This time around it was not as easy as a ride like the 1st time we went for my birthday weekend! The ride involved me, Alex and my Mother.
My mom had spent the week at my house and I was taking her back to San Jose on Tuesday so she could go to work the next day.
Well our travels began at 12:30pm from Carson City which brought us through Reno up to I-80 pa__sed Boomtown Casino. I pulled over at a Gas Station/Mini-Mart to get something to drink – when I tried to get back onto I-80 it was some what of a parking lot in the middle of the day – and on a sunny afternoon at that.
Because we had a snow storm the previous days, I figured there was an accident or something up ahead. Since I was surrounded mainly by big rigs, I couldn’t see that far ahead.
SOOOO after 10 minutes I decided to turn around and drive back an hour and a half to So lake Tahoe and go through Hwy 50 to get to San Jose. At this point I was angry because that meant a wasted 3 hours on the road.
Alex acted up about every 1-1/2 to 2-hours and our travels became burdensome trying to find places to change and feed Alex.
Through slush and rain we finally made it to my Mother’s house at 9:30pm and 353 miles later! It normally takes 4.5 hours and only 250 miles. We added 4.5 hours and 100 miles to our trip just because it snowed!!!!!
Next time I will not try I-80 and will go through Tahoe first!
It was a very tiring ride to say the least!
But coming home was a breeze. Friday was beautiful and sunny and I was home in 4.5 hours on schedule!

Hope all is well. ••••• COOKIE: How are you and Mackenzie these days. Better I hope. Have you two gone in the pool again? ••••• Kristine: 3-1/2 weeks to go! You getting nervous? You & DH all ready for her arrival? OH, also how was your birthing cla__s!?? ••••• As for Alex she is 16-weeks today & in a week she will be 3-months old. Next week she gets her 2nd round of shots... poor baby. She screamed so hard last time, therefore I am not looking fwd to this round at all! I joined a Mothersclub that has playgroups for the babes and nights outs for the Moms. Tomorrow is the first outing I am attending. Dinner at a Thia restaurant. I am hoping to have fun and meet some new moms! Should be fun. •••••••• Hope all is well. Talk to you soon. ~ Michele

Hi ladies, Wow Michelle, you are a trooper. I hate highway driving let alone with a baby! I am getting anxious, yes. I'm cryign for every little thing. I need to get a grip!!! I decided today at work I am treating every day here like it's my last day. That way, I can leave knowing things are in good hands. The birthing cla__s was long but helpful. I'm going in with an open mind.---------The room is all set with tehe xception of the crib. That's the last thing DH has to put together. Our new living room couch and sofa won't be delivered until Wednesday of next week so I hope I last that long!!!

Happy weekend ladies. Went to the OB yesterday. HB sounds good but I'm still measuring on the big side. I was 5 pounds when I was born (a preemie) but I guess that has nothing to do with your own child's weight. I go for a u/s next Wednesday just to check the weight. Personally my tummy is very tight and I feel like I'm going to burst. lol--------------How's the mommies doing?

Hi ya ladies. Happy Saturday! FIL is still in town so I have been busy entertaining! ••••• Kristine: you'll have to tell us all about your u/s on Wednesday. Have you taken Maternity leave yet? Sorry you feel like you are going to burst. just 3 more weeks... that is all you have to tell yourself and your little one will be in your arms! ••••• Alex is doing well... just a little fussy today. She gets her shots on Tuesday so I should brace myself for ma__sive fussiness then! •••••Ejola: can't believe Mackenzie is sleeping from 9 till 5. You are so lucky! Are you feeding her formula at night? Alex is up every 3-5 hours for a feeding at night. Welp gotta run. Until next time.
