Looking back I realise I had implantation bleeding with both my pregnancies. Both times I a__sumed I had my period, was a bit surprised that it was lighter than usual then only realised around the 8-wk mark that I was pregnant. Am now in situation of wondering whether it's happening again. Am more onto it as very much wanting another baby. Guess I can only wait to see.

I started having abdominal pain June 30, 2005. I woke the next day July 1, 2005 and found out it was my period or at least I thought. The next day the July 2, 2005 it stopped and this light pinkish bleeding started. Now it is July 3, 2005 it is still happening but only when I am wiping with tissue. I have been having a slight migrane every since yesterday, July 2, 2005. I am a little frustrated because I don't know what is wrong with me. Please Help!

Hello everyone, I just wanted to know if i have implantation bleeding as i was due on my period on 1st july and on the 28th june i had brown stringy discharge on the toilet paper when i wipe and then it carried on 29th june and the 30th june and 1st july just on toilet paper then on 2nd july i had a tiny bit of brown stringy discharge in my knickers but just a small blob. Then 3rd july it stopped allday and in the evening i had brown discharge again and today there is nothing at all even when i wipe. I have also cramps since the 28th which makes me think it maybe my period but it also sounds very much like implantation bleeding. Me and my boyfriend are trying to conceive so we are hoping. I took a hpt on 2nd july but it was negative i wandered if anybody knew how long i should wait to take another one??

me and my boyfriend had s_x one day with a condom but the next day i started bleeding is it implantaion bleeding or a freak period? (this started 2 weeks before my period is even due!) its been going on and off for about 3 days bright red to dark red and back again...im really scared..i took a test but it came out negative but maybe its too early...i dont no please if anyone can help me my email is cheesegrrlaknjc@yahoo.com thankyou!

Amanda, The same thing happened to me.. It is not implantation bleeding. Implantation only happens closer to your period. When it happened to me it was caused was by a fibroid tumor. I would go and see your doc and let them know what is going on... Good luck...

i have the same thing i had a leep procedure done in may and my period was suppose to start on june 3 and they say that when you have a leep procedure done you bleed for a few days or so.but i bleed two days after having the leep done and on june 3rd my period spotted alittle that night and alittle on the 4th of june.then i spotted real light on june 6 and nothing until the 23rd of june it spotted that whole day only when i wipe then the 24 of june it was spotting still but that night it got a heavy and the next day it was still heavy and that afternoon it went off and since my period is irregular i was suppose to start my period again on june 27 but nothing and now on jun9 i spotted real light again and alittle on the 10th of july so i was wondering if i could be pregnant or was that implantation bleeding?

Here's an update from me :). Had what I thought was implantation bleeding back about 18 days ago. But all tests were negative. Had my annual exam with my OBGYN and another negative preg test (14 days ago). My period still hasn't come and my OBGYN said maybe I didn't ovulate - guess it happens pretty often. So then my b___sts get a bit sore... it happens before every period - so I thought oh well maybe next month I'll get pregnant. I had one pregnancy test left over and thought why not. Gave it a shot...it was POSITIVE! Almost two months after my last period and numerous negative preg tests...couldn't belive it. Will test again tomorrow and make appointment with my Dr. Good luck to all...wish me luck!

Hi I am a 29 cycle. This is so wierd!!! If this has happened to anyone please help.. Ok, my last period we 6/15/05 and I was suppose to get my period on 7/13 and on 7/12 I had a little bit of pinkish liquid and that was it. The next day 7/13 I just had a spot on the pad that was darkred ( like if my period was done). And today as well This has never happened to me before and with my first child I didnt bleed at all. So if this has happened to you please get back to me. I will gladly appreciate it....

We are desperately trying for a baby. last period was 22/6 due on again this week coming. used ovulation tests and all that..... last night had some pink discharge , which has now stopped...........although this could be the beginnings of my period. Have had cramps, bloating, frequent urination and nausea, although i'm only 13 days post ovulation. keep checking to see if period has started.....i'm so paranoid. I have taken about 15 pg testsbut all negative, apart from faint blue line on clear blue digital, although result window said not pregnant. Any views.....? I'm going nuts!!!

can any1 help i had my coil removed in may and the past 2 weeks i been losin brown stuff on and off i been feelin nausea everyday at the same time and through out the day my b___bs arent tender and i feel different 2 normal all ive not had a period since b4 i had the coil removed

I've just had a very strange period (very light and completely diff to any I've had in my life and I'm 36). I took a hpt but it was negative and I don't have any preg symptoms. I don't know whether what I've just had is implantation bleeding or just an unusually light period (it came at the right time). From what I've read implantation bleeding would have happened earlier on. Does anyone know if it is possible to have imp bldg around 15-16 days after conception? Thanks!

I had a my last period on May 25th, then at the end of June i had some light bleeding but only lasted 2 days compared to normal 5. Done a pt on July 12th and positive but cant work out how many weeks i would be!!? Has anyone had this? or how many weeks do u think i would be?

Mary its not dumb to want to understand what you may experience. im not sure what implantation bleeding was, but now i know. ive been pregnant three times. but i can recall with my second pregnancy, how i spotted very light pink spots,. i thought it was just a sign that my period was coming. i knew i was pregnant because 10 days and still no period. ive read that light pinkish and brownish discharge are signs of pregnancy. good luck to you Mary.

Jade, I am sure you will find out how far along you are when you go to the dr. But my guess would be to count from May 25th as your June bleeding sounds like implantation bleeding. I had the same thing twice and was pregnant both times. Good luck.
