Hi Shdwdrgn98, Im new to this so when I replied Im not sure if it went to you as well...How long have you been TTC? Have you taken a test yet? Are you feeling any signs? Im waiting to start month number 3, so Im just trying to relax about it - but its hard!! I hope all the best for you and that you get a BFP. Baby dust to you.....Let me know how your doing and if you got the result you've been waiting for.

Mags, we had gotten pregnant in December and m/c in January......before that we weren't really "trying", we just said if it happens it happens. After the m/c I bought the Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor because I 've always had really irregulary cycles.... So it took us about 6 months to get pregnant again after the m/c... I don't know how to explain it, but that month, I just knew it was our month......so on our wedding anniversary, which just happened to be a week before my AF was due, I tested, thinking it was too early to test and would probably be negative.......but I had to.....and to my surprise, it was positive...... I think my grandpa had something to do with it...he pa__sed away a few years ago, and it just so happens that his Birthday was the first day of my LMP....and if you know how pregnancy works, they count your due date from your LMP......so needless to say, our daughers middle name will be my grandfathers name.....don't be nervous or feel discouraged about TTC.....it can take the average healthy couple with no fertility problems up to a year to conceive, so keep having hope!! I have another doctors appt. tomorrow, last week I was already 3cm and 60% effaced, so we'll see if I have made any progress over the week..I'm thinking my little Isabelle Adrian is going to make her way into this world this week.

Hey Tammy, Oh my gosh... I didnt realize that. I'm so sorry abour your m/c, but your body works in mysterious ways I guess. Now your going to have a beautiful baby girl - what could be better?? So it took you guys 6 months then? I know it can take a while, but in the back of my head Im just nervous that if it does take longer then everyone else I know - Im gonna a__sume that something is wrong. My mind plays games with me, which is the worst thing. I really thought I was pregnany last month, but I wasnt - again....my mind playing with me. So Im trying to relax a bit this month with it. See how I do, but it's hard to not focus on it all the time. Now Im gonna try every other day on cd 10- cd 18 I think, see if that does anything. My problem is, I'm thinking too much!!!! WOW, so your 3cm already.....holy cow??? Do you feel any pressure or contractions yet? How has your whole pregnancy been? So what were you two week wait symptoms - if you had any? Mosy likely not, since its too soon - but was it your bb's like everyone else talks about? Let me know how it goes at the dr tmro...all the best to you - Oh and my name is Mary Ellen :)

Mags427- Sorry I haven't responded to you. I got a little obsessive and tried to relax for awhile....so far it's not working..LOL..I have been ttc for about 10 months off and on. It has only been one month with a fertility moniter though. All the other attempts were by charting and some of those months I didn't have a period for one reason or another (never for the one I wanted) so it's probably more along the lines or 6 or 7 months. My Hubby and I lost a baby about a year ago and we started trying again shortly there after. Ummmm....let's see, we bd'd on the night before O and the day of. Since about 3 or 4 dpo, I have had mild to moderate cramping and twinges, this past week I have been really tired and my bb's have been getting more tender and sore. I don't really know if they mean anything though...Usually 2 days before I get AF, I have cramps and upper leg pain. So far I nothing....today and yesterday I didn't even have any cramps unless I was really active. I am on 14 dpo and supposed to start AF tomorrow..I am praying that I don't. I probably won't test until monday though. I'm sorry that you started AF and I hope that 3rd time is a charm!! I however am still going crazy...and trying to keep my mind off it but it's easier said than done. Good luck and tons of baby dust.

shdwdrgn98 - I completely understand your reasoning for trying to relax...Ive only been tyring for 2 months and I already felt myself getting overwhelmed with it all. Well not that I know all that much so far, but this month's symptoms for you - sound very promising!!! I normally hear woman saying their bb's are the first thing that they notice. So maybe this is your month :)) I "should" be ovulating Wednesday I think....if I stay around day 14 since I got af on March 1st. We've been bd'g every other day outside of sat and sunday. I hear its better to do every other night if you can... So Im just keeping my fingers crossed this month and hoping that it works. Have you tried all different ways as far as timing when you BD? That gets a little confusing... you think you timed it perfectly and nothing happens! So today is Monday......Did you take the test??? Im sending LOTS of baby dust your way!!!! Let me know if you get that BFP, Im praying for you :)

Mags427- I am hoping that we timed everything right. We are using the clearblue easy fertility monitor and I am hoping it only takes a month or two. I still haven't started. AF was due yesterday and so far nothing. I did take a test this morning per hubby's request and it was BFN. I still have hope though. My best friend got a bfn the day after hers was due and she tested 4 days later and got her bfp, so I will just take one in a couple of days and if I still haven't started by friday. I will call my doctor for a blood test. Last year I had an ectopic and some times they don't show up until it's too late, plus she knows we are trying and even put me on prenats to help, so she'll understand. I don't know if one can tell by a couple of temps but I have been keeping track for the past 6 days to see if they dropped when AF showed, and at first they were falling but then they jumped up and have been stable for 3 days. Wierd huh? I am still hopeful but also trying to relax so that if I'm not, then AF will show and we can try again. Hey Becky, I have used the ovulation sticks, but thats about it so I guess the monitor is a little more advanced. Do you think it has been more helpful for you guys? Oh boy... so you're already a day late!!! Thats a really good sign, but yes you are right...try to relax since you got a bfn. See what happens in the next few days and then test again. That happened to me last month, although I ovulated like 4 days late so af came exactly 14 days after I O'd. But I got bfn's the two times I tested. At least your having some signs of pregnancy though, so that is a really good sign. Im not too knowledgable about the temp's, what are they supposed to be like when you're expecting af, versus when you are pregnant? Im so sorry about your ectopic... but everything happens for a reason. Hopefully this is it for you guys!! This really is so much harder to achieve then anything else Ive ever had to do. Im trying not think about it this week but it so hard not to when you have to figure out the right days etc... Did you guys BD every night as O approached or did you every other night. Hello Mary Ellen- I'm hopeful this month is our month too. As far as BD'ing up til O...we are trying for a boy, so we did it the first peak day and the 2nd peak day. He was out of town when I hit peak and I had to drive to see him. Desperate much?? The fertility monitor has helped us tremendously. Because I have weird cycles, some lasting 50+ days, we would guess that I o'd around day 25 or so, and even though I was temping, they only tell you when you have O'd not before. I found out from the monitor that I ovulate on day 10, not 25.....we were missing it by 2 whole weeks (probably why it hasn't worked) lol. It shows about 5 high days and 2 peak followed by a high...mine went from low to peak (O happens about 24-36 hours after 1st peak). Yesterday I had a headache that wouldn't quit and as far as I can remember I don't get headaches before AF....She still hasn't showed by the way....Oh the temps..if one is charting then the temp will drop the day of AF showing, but if conception occurs than the temps will usually remain elevated, or so I've read. Mine went up from yesterday so i am hoping that we will get our BFP very shortly....If I don't have it by friday I am getting a blood test though. I hope that yours is timed well this month and that you succeed too. Thanks for the support. It's much easier to get through this when someone else is too....obsessing can get quite lonely...LOL. Hey Becky, When you say first peek day, you mean the LH surge or are you going off what the fertiity monitor tells you? Yes I heard that for a boy you do as close to ovulation as possible - but then again who knows if that is even true. I have been BD'g every other day since the last day of af - but I dont even know if that is sufficient. I hear some people say to BD every day and some say every other day. Ive been trying every other day this month. I still havent seen the EWCM, but its been more wet (sorry :-P) so Im guessing the EW is coming soon. I should be O'g I think around the 15th... So once I see the EW I will check with one of the OPK sticks and see if I am right and show an LH surge. Just keeping my fingers crossed!!! You are looking very good.... no af yet, sore bb's, headache....all good signs!!! Do you have any CM right now?? they say that some women will have creamy CM, its the mucus plug that is building from what I hear... LOL. I would take another test tomorrow morning if af doesnt arrive. How exciting.... I dont even know you, and Im very excited for you!!! Are you having any other symptoms now??

Mary Ellen- Hey, I hope that this is your month. I've heard that every other day is sufficient as sperm can survive for several days. Don't mistake his sperm for cm...I hear that is a common mistake. Um....the monitor told me peak and it is Peak when it detects the LH surge...it's only high when it detects estrogen levels rising. I took a test this morning and it was BFN.....I kinda figured....still no AF though. I started cramping this morning so I am hoping that one or the other will come soon. I really want to be PG, but if I'm not I would like for AF to start so I can work on trying again....ya know? The cramps are more intense than before so it could be AF....Um as far as cm goes, I have a little, but it has a yellowish color to it and I don't know what that means. some times it's just a little...other times its alot. Either way I will know by friday afternoon. If I haven't started I am getting a blood test done....so keep those fingers crossed for me. Thanks for the excitment, I hope it's not for nothing. I hope that when you are in your two week wait , I can be just as much support as you have been. *dump trucks of baby dust*

Hey Becky, Sorry it took so longfor me to repsond - but Ive had a busy few days. SO....???? Did you take the blood test???? I hope the result is what Im thinking it is :) Ive been keeping with BD'g every other day, But todays the 17th i havent seen any real EWCM although I do feel some cramps here and there. I thought I would have O'd already but maybe it will be a few more days. Do you think I may not O since I have no EWCM? or maybe I O'd without it but thenI guess i cant get pregnant without cm. But Im getting nervous that I have had any real cm, outside of watery. Im sure im thinking about it too much. How do you just forget about it and just have fun??? So.....how are you feeling?? Im dying to know if you have good news for me.... write back when you can. I have everything crossed for you!!!! :)

Hey Mags In wish I could give you good news, but I can’t. The positive thing is AF is still not here. I never got the blood test though. I couldn’t find anywhere local to do it and apparently my doc can’t do it with out legitimate reason or insurance won’t cover it. I have to go back to see her on the 29th to have some st_tches removed (a gla__s broke while I was washing it on Tuesday) and I will be 2 weeks late so I am hoping that she will do it then. I have had 2 headaches that were extremely terrible, but my nausea and cramps have gone away. My bb’s are still mildly tender every once in awhile but not as bad. I am hoping that the other tests were wrong. I haven’t tested in 4 days and so far I am still sane. I am just going to wait and see. How are things going with you? You are again in the TWW right? I am praying for you and hoping that this is your month. Thanks for all the support and I will keep you posted and I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you. I like to hear when others succeed even if I don’t; it gives me hope. I don’t know if you will O with out ewcm or not…..I still haven’t mastered the appearance of cm yet…LOL I used to try and convince myself to relax but I gave up because it never worked and I never figured out how to. With me I don’t ever tell DH when we NEED to, I just use subtle seduction, that way he doesn’t feel like he’s working. He wants a baby too, but I think it’s easier on him if he doesn’t know when we are trying and when it’s just for fun. It seems to work, he’s happy either way! LMAO. P.S. I have heard that watery cm is also fertile cm, but don’t quote me!

Hey Becky, NO AF yet???? Thats REALLY good news..... So how many days late are you now? Oh my gosh...the suspense is killing me. When do you think you will take another HPT? Well with your headaches, cramps and nausea I think those are all really good signs. If you know the exact date that you ovulated...then you should have gotten your period right around 14 DPO. So if you are much past that - then I say go POAS. This could be it - I think this is your month :)) I am in my 2WW now, I think is my 4th DPO. But I really think I missed it. we BD's every other night starting on the 6th through the 17th. I used an OPK on friday and no surge. didnt test Saturday but we were together that afternoon, then DH was gone on sunday. I tested Sunday and I was surging but he wasnt home so we BD'd on monday night. I tested Monday afternoon and no more surge. So I really think I missed my window on Sunday.... what do you think? I normally surge for 2 days but I didnt test saturday and Im pretty sure I surged saturday and sunday. So Im not counting this month, I know its not gonna work. Why Im keeping track I dont even know. All I know is Im due on April Fools - a.k.a. AF.... haha Oh yeah and this month I didnt see any EWCM, where I have it both January and February so Im guessing that didnt help me this month either. This stuff is so confusing I swear - its not easy as everyone make it out to be. SO.....when are you taking your test??? :)) Tons of Baby Dust.......*****

Mags- I am 11 days late. The only symptom I have had is a couple of severe headaches and the mildly tender bb’s. Everything else has gone away. I don’t really know what to think. Just so you know, my cycles are not regular….I have gone as long as 56 days between periods. I was hoping that because the monitor detected the surge than I would start on time this month, but apparently that was too much to ask for. I am not sure when I will test again. I checked my cp and cm yesterday and it was high and soft and my cm was ewcm (I think) so we bd’d anyway, just in case we didn’t conceive last month. I will probably test again either 2morrow or sat, because I should be 6 weeks if I am pg. Wish me luck. I think that even though you missed the surge on Sunday, you could have still hit it on sat, and mon. remember those little guys can live for several days. I think your chances are good and now I will pray for you and send over tons and tons of baby dust. good luck

Hello everyone...wishing you all baby dust. Isabelle made her way into this world on March 14 at 11:15 a.m. she was 7lbs 4 oz. 20 inches. The doctor stripped my membranes on the 13th and it sent me into labor early in the morning of the 14th. They broke my water at 8:30 and I started pushing a bit before 11:00 a.m. It was a very easy deliver. 5 contractions and she was here. We are doing great, except for I have a sinus infection and she is getting a cold now as well. I am going on antibiotics today and awaiting a call from the pediatrician for her. Breastfeeding is going well and she sleeps great! The only time she cries is when she is hungry or getting her diaper changed. Good luck to all of you!
