Can any 1 please help me, we've been trying to conceive for more the 18months. Doc can't see any thing wrong. I'm despite to fall pregnant all I ever wanted is to be a mummy. I tested about a month ago and I got a very faint line positive. I was so exited I did 3 more. I went 4 a ultrasound the following day but it showed a empty sac at 0.53mm. My hart was broken the doc told me to go back in a week and the test was neg. Its been more than 20day and I still didn't get my period?? I'm still hoping and praying that the doc was wrong and that I'm just very early pregnant. How do u get over a such a disappointment. What is the next step 4 me to take.

Im 20years old. My busband and I are trying for our first child. Before trying to conceieve I had the IUD, I just got it removed August 15,2012. Before i got the IUD I had a regular period, it is 7days long. But anyways I havent had a period at all, It was suppose to come September 14 to thw 20th, but it didnt come. I took TWO Hpts they both came out negative. Im debating on weather to go to the doctor or not to get a blood test done because I dont have any insurance right now I dont want to pay a HUGE medical bill for a blood test. (Also I have started spotting a little bit today..Could that be my period or pregnancy symptom?) **Please Help!!**
