We are hopeful adoptive parents who have been longing to live cherish and raise a child. We are not able to conceive. We are hoping to find a woman who has chosen adoption for her child and would like to get to know us. We are confortable with an open adoption. We are licensed foster parents, home study approved. We wish to do an adoption with in the USA and preferably Pennsylvania so we can get to know the birth mother on a personal level and she can know us personally as well.
