Yes one drink is fine. When you are b___stfeeding you can go back to your normal diet.

You should wait 2-3 hours after each drink before nursing your baby. This iwll minimize what you are pa__sing to him or her in the milk. You can pump and dump if you have to have the drink but it is always best to avoid it altogether.

if you want to drink you should pump a couple of bottles for your baby before you have anything to drink so that if your baby gets hungry while alchol is still in your system you will not pa__s it on to your baby that would be the safest thing for your baby
