Can we eat soft cheeses, such as, brie, feta, etc... while br___tfeeding? Also, is it ok to eat tuna? I've been avoiding all of this since I was pregnant and now I'm br___tfeeding and would like to know if it's safe to eat?

As far as a know it's safe. Unless yuor baby is sensitive to dairy. As far as tuna I would just treat it like you did before your were pregnant. I think it's recommended for anyone no more than 2 1/2 cans per week or something like that. But I'm not 100% sure about either.

That stuff is fine, as long as baby is not sensitive to any of it.

You should be able to eat it as long as you don't notice your baby getting fussy after you eat certain things. It is helpful to write it down and then make a note on that day or next day if your baby was extra ga__sy or cranky. With my first it took us a few months to figure out she was sensitive to dairy so I had to cut way back on milk, yogurt, etc and that made a huge difference. This time around with my 16 week old doesn't seem to be bothered by any of that. Good luck to you.

I was told my my doctor to continue to avoid any fish high in mercury---shark, sword, mackerel and yes tuna and tunafish as well. A little bit in moderation probably would be okay....I asked her why and she told me there is a link to autism...
