How long can you leave milk out after warmed from the fridge? thanks

I believe 4 hours at room temp. I'm sure it's less if it's really hot outside/inside.

i think 4 hours if you just expressed it . but if it's taken out of the fridge and warmed i think it'll last for 2 hours.

b___st milk is only good for 45 minutes if you warmed it. if its room temp its good for 4-8 hours. freeze any you are not planning to use, but once thawed - you cannot refreeze it. never use the microwave to warm milk.

why cant you use the microwave?

There are 2 reasons not to use the mic. 1. It can cause hot spots causing burns in the baby's mouth and throat. ( you should never use a mic for formula either) 2. The rays can damage the good stuff in the milk(antibodies and nutrients)
