While I was 10 months pregnant with my first daughter and b___stfeeding her, we were trying for our second child. Our doctor said that the mucus in the uterus can prevent implantation if we are still b___stfeeding, even if I am getting my period. I guess this was our problem, we got pregnant the first full cycle after my daughter weaned herself at age 15 months. The doctor said sometimes taking a decongestant cough syrup once a day can help because it affects the mucus. It didn't work for us, but she said that it works for some people.
