Hi ladies, I'm so happy I'm not alone. I just made a Dr's appt. I had my section almost 5 months ago, and I only seem to get the pain when I get out of bed during the night to check on my daughter. I had a very small section in the center of my incision that was bleeding lightly a few weeks ago and now it's OK. I also get a little "knot" in the middle of my scar. I'm so happy I found this website. The only other answer I've found online so far was possible endometerosis.
