Lots Of Yellow Discharge After C Section

it's been 4 weeks since my c-section. i had light bleeding and had to wear a panty liner for 3 weeks. now, the bleeding has completely stopped but i have a lot of yellow discharge. does anyone know if this is normal? i haven't had s_x but have done a lot of lifting - nothing more than twenty pounds. just hope i don't have an infection. thanks in advanced for your replies.

i too am nearly 5 weeks post c-section and have exactly the same symptoms but as i have been lifting and waking with the pram too scared to go to the docs!
