Is Instant mashed potatoes ok to eat during pregnancy?

I should think so.....I eat them quite a bit. I don't see why they wouldn't be ok to eat.

HAHA, that's funny you asked, I was soooo craving mashed potatoes yesterday & that's all we had -my hubby bought them, I normally turn my nose up at them. But I made myself a huge bowl & scarfed it down & I'm living proof that you can eat it cuz i'm fine today......Oh man, now I'm craving mashed potatoes again!!!!!!

The only thing to pay attention to in instant foods is the amount of sodium. Otherwise, instant mashed potatoes are perfectly safe!
