I am 5'9 and currently weight 200 lb. I havent get my period since Jan 5, Im pretty sure im pregnant it doesnt show in home test as of yet. Anyway, Im a mother of 2 and 32 tears old...shold i start a diet and exercise and healthy. Any suggestions?

I think increasing you calorie intake by that much is definatly going to catch up with you.Besides almost everyone is sick during pregnancy. It's just something we have to deal with. The weight gain doesn't sound like all that much--10lbs in 16wks isn't so bad, but I think later on it will catch up with you and you'll have way more gain than you'd like. If you keep going at this rate, you'll end up being sorry after you have your baby and are stuck with all the extra weight. try this link:
