I have endometriosis and polycystic ovaries...will being pregnant push up against my ovaries and cause pain? Also will being pregnant cause back pain?

I have polyscystic ovaries and I found that the beginning of the pregnancy was very achy with the cysts, but then they seemed to dissolve and I have been ok since. My mom had *severe* endometriosis while carrying me and didn't have too much of a problem with that, just a problem carrying. Have you had surgery to clean your endometriosis out before the pregnancy, or are you not too bad that way? And back pain? Par for the course. Especially at the end. Just try not to move too quickly and suddenly, and report to your doctor any unusual spotting or pains. Good luck!!!
